Sorry for the delays, my clearing agent is doing his best to get my shipment out. Clearing agents are now restricted from NAHCO warehouse and with NAHCO limited staff all clearing activities are sluggish. Congestion is also adding to all the delays. I have 12 pallets of cargo awaiting clearance, they will all be cleared eventually. This month has been a stressful one, NAHCO strike, TSA cargo search/office visit and FBI investigations. It will all be well.

Who made payment for your phone? if paid with paypal account other than yours its probably on the paypal account holder's name.

That man keep saying my item isn't there yet it's part of 17th, whereas it will be there. My last shipment the same experience the person that helped me picked had, for over extra 1 week after other people had been picking thier stuffs he kept on saying my package wasn't there. No need to faint oh, if shipping by actual weight your charges should be normal but if shipping by volume weight, trouble.

SO, IF YOU ORDERED FOR LAPTOP BATTERIES AND PERFUMES THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED BY TSA AND REPACKED. TSA HAD TO SEARCH 2 OF MY PALLETS ON THE DEC 1ST SHIPMENT. (TSA - TRANSPORT SECURITY ADMINISTRATION)

WILL HAVE LAGOS OFFICE OPEN FOR A FEW HRS FOR THE NEXT 2 SUNDAYS TO ACCOMODATE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE FREE ON THE WEEKENDS TO PICK UP THEIR ORDERS.

FRIDAY (4PM) WILL BE THE NEW CUTOFF TO MEET MONDAY SHIPMENT.

ALL EMAILS WILL BE REPLIED.

@all let's all be patience, Chinos is trying his best, and not resting on his oars,you don't need to start comparing him to anyone, if u feel you not ok with his services feel free to switch, than raising issues about other peeps here, we are ok with his services that's why we have decided to stand by him irrespective of the custom issues, Mr Chino's keep it up,we know very soon the custom issue will face out.

Oga Chinos does not have to come here and tell us he's staff strength or how he joggles with taxes and other overheads - business in the USA is tough. He does not charge commissions or handling charges only the shipping rate. The best we can do is work with he's business style.

I just received another invoice again on Dec 1st shipment after d first one I received.... Although desame though!!!

Due to the increase in Naira to Dollar rate, customers with unpaid invoices will receive an updated invoice to reflect the new rate.

Its true NAHCO has reopened but clearing activities haven't started. The actual reason for the clash between officers and agents have not been resolved as customs is still threatening to increase clearing fees by triple (x3 of the current clearing rate).

Nov 17th and 24th still in the mix of Lagos congestion awaiting customs clearing.

Dec 1st shipment delayed by airline

Dec 1st and 8th will now be shipping out together.

Due to the increase in Naira to Dollar rate, customers with unpaid invoices will receive an updated invoice to reflect the new rate.

New cut off for shipment will be Friday 4pm, so we can make airport drop off early on Saturday to avoid December delay congestion at airline warehouse.

Customer requesting ebay payments or online payment please request for my authorization prior to making payment to my PayPal or eco account.

I think you mean Dec 1st and Dec 8th. Both Dec 1st and 8th will leave Monday per Airline.

It all depends as work with flexibility but you can get it between N160 to N180 depending on some factors considered by us.

Bros, you might be correct. My Dec 1st shipment is still in Houston. Will call the airline for update.
