it's not about changing agent. but a little more knowledge about the Job. Most of the agents rely on cutting corners. They always want to pay without the necessary documents form M and RAR. or they wanna try the cutting way clearance. and majority of them even at that as so stingy that they don't pay the tangible price. so they keep postponement of their pick up.

and there is a lot of work now in Lagos. so its kind of not easy

I am a bit confused on the two set of invoices I have, I got another invoice with number 0000628 and service as Dec 15th While the previous one sent has invoice number 0000512 and has been paid in full. Does it mean that this new one is not in Lagos yet. Please clarify

set of items are cleared batch by batch. a lots of items awaiting clearance at the airport terminal cargo. we just have to be little patience for a while. I just thank God the owner of my items she's into the system. NAHCO, ,SahCol. so she knows how works are done. how do I wish those your items are been sent to Abuja. we won't be having this issues of waiting for long periods of time.

No worries, my clearing agent promised this Friday/Saturday. 85% of my Shipment belong to Lagos customers, shipping from U.S to Abuja and then to Lagos will be very expensive.

Its not illegal, if shipping a lot of them i just have to package them separately and declare them on my air waybill. Same goes for perfumes/spray/cosmetics.

This is going to 1 whole month now, Chinos U̶̲̥̅̊ brought out that of 17th alone and faster and we were thinking that 24th will follow suit since they were close. That's going on. Our customers are on our neck, abi after this transaction mek our business close. This is not fair and funny at all. I am having serious issues with them now. Very sorry, I always confuse ur Nl name with another Nairalander. I believe all your items have shipped. Your items might have shipped on separate shipments as light weight items, I don't do invoices anymore for light weight goods as they are time consuming. I do make a list of everyone with light weight items so, no worries.

TSA cargo search was due to perfumes and single laptop batteries, removed all, repackaged and shipped along with my shipment. Office visit was to make sure I have proper documentation and also to review air waybills. They also advised how to safely run my business.

A pallet of items worth over $50k was delivered to my warehouse, no name on document, owner never called just emails for me to ship asap. Suspected this delivery and refused to ship. 10 days later phone calls from FBI so, I quickly coordinated with FBI and the pallet was returned to the original owner/supplier.

You can send all the items via airfreight as those listed from the seller description are much less weight than the previous loads. Each set of boxes is about 21 lbs.
