He is owning even imo state university went on strike because of salary and senior citizens he is owning them for 5months now, my if you're not affected you will be clapping but when you do. I think our constitution has to be reviewed... let INEC be in charge and conduct elections at all level. (fed, state and LG). The state governor has so much influence and power on the local counsel conducting the LG election and so it always go to their favour...
