On a lighter note, issue of job hunting, until you done with the stage even when you must have gotten job... Always feel free to help out someone in need if you have the answer to his questions... Your experience you shared wouldn't stop you if you are the right candidate for the job and don't think one asking is so indolent to make research. My experience with top management interview with access bank taught me a lesson, was busy preparing for tougher and normal interview questions and everything about the bank, but walked in, all I saw was different, after the interview still came back to the thread to update those that are yet to go, and I ended up helping many... At the end they were called upto level of giving target.
No body knows it all, in job pursuit, you don't hoard information to yourself... I believe you saw those that shared materials they've got to others, they could as well hoard it to themselves... You no longer in school, so try change your mindset.

How many companies are owned by Nigerian government or citizens......? Most companies here own by Lebanese, Indians, Italian, American, etc... and you want to give them order not to employ the service of there brothers.
First make the environment conducive for Nigerian investors and entrepreneurs to be able to establish there own companies and the government needs to be building more
