Yes you can stay back while the MA travels and resume studies

Hello everyone
Family of 4 applying at the same time, after a successful application and our Visa is being issued, can the dependant stay back for some couple of months before joining the main applicant who had already travelled so as not to miss the resumption date.. The wife and kids still needs to sell off some items so as to take the money along... Already the Visa is out with the MA own.

You only have access to 3k dollars per month.

So someone cannot take out funds from the POF to pay for accommodation or decide to pay up the balance of school fees, while living the actual leaving expenses still intact?

I’m not sure I understand your explanation, apart from maybe paying school fees from Nigeria what other living expenses spending are you carrying out from Nigeria?
And what do you mean by the last line of your post?…taking fund out before the trip..

While scanning your documents, write a letter explaining that mistake and impute the correct passport details and the number in the email. Also have them scan the data page of the passport. You are good to go. I made almost a similar mistake in my application and that was what I did.

Initially I didn’t know the offers the card had. when I filled the application form, I tried paying with all my cards but no one went through. I used the providus own and it went.When it got to the last payment(4th application) It did not go through. I called the customer care and they told me I had exhausted my quota for the month that I can only do 3k foreign transactions per month.
And yes you have to have account with them and you have to request for that particular card specifically. It comes with so many interesting perks apart from the Forex access. It costs 5k to get.

Providus platinum card (NAIRA) can pay for visa fee and NHS. You have access to $3000 per month. I used it to pay for my own and my family. I exhausted the 3k dollars and had to complete the payment with my friend’s card.

Document:
MA: passport, POF 35days, marriage certificate, employment letter, work ID, family pictures.

Dependant husband: same POF, passport, marriage certificate, family pictures, us B1 2018 refuser declared.

Child: passport, signed consent, birth cert.

Guys if you want to pay for Visa and IHS With Naira card, get a Providus platinum debit card. You automatically have 3k dollars per month. I used it and I was charged at 619 Naira per dollar/pound

What's the content of the NSF?

Guys be mindful of the information you pass here. Which one is to blacklist someone’s name again because he applied to six schools? Even if he applied through UCAS which links the applications together, there is no how one school will know that he applied to the other. Please stop putting doubts and fear in people’s minds.

Not to down your spirit, but decision made doesn't always mean visa granted....wait till you get your passport or till you get the mail that your brp has been sent to your school.

UKVI seems to be working very fast now.

My biometrics was done on 22nd June.
NSF mail received on the 5th of July . Reply sent on the same day.

I just called them to confirm if they received the reply to the NSF only to be told that decision has already been made on the 6th of July. Isn’t God wonderful?

My people, for those that have gotten Visa, what did you fill while paying for ihs under ' is your course at NQF 7' is it yes or no for master level?

Three years is not much. They may not bother asking you or considering your unemployment

I have a 3 years gap with no actual work experience. Couldn't get a good paying job, lol so I've been freelancing all this while. Although I do have a registered company which I ran for some time(about a year) but stopped(no profit like that again). I want to ask how will I go about the work experience section when I want to apply for my visa? thanks

I got a NSF email yesterday asking me to explain my 9 years study gap.

I worked with an organisation for four years, (I have the appointment letter and all) but quit in 2018 due to pregnancy and baby nursing. I nursed from 2018 without employment but opened my own private business in 2020. I hope mentioning the business and nursing will not be a red flag that me deny me visa. I intend to mention all in the reply.

Gurus please advise me.
