@tosinosho1992 thanks. yes am a medical doctor. and trust me my letter will bambooz the officer with all the medical jargon. i was involved with a lot of extracurricular public health issues during my undergraduate studies and i have certificates for that. i included details of that in my application and letter. as per the story about my cousin sponsoring me, what else other than his family, we grew up in the same household. he sponsored me for a 4 wks elective program at the Newcastle University, UK about 3yrs ago. i also have a 2yrs uk visiting visa in my passport to show them that i am not an "i need to run away to developed counties" wanna be. but do really look at travel history |

hello i am a 29 yr old medical doctor married to a 25 yr old nurse. i have an offer of a masters program (MPH) in U of S in SK, Canada. i am preparing to apply for a study permit. however i intend taking my wife along. my sponsor is in order( cousin with same surname), i have a job that pays over 2m per annum. my wife takes about a third of that. we both have verifiable letters of references stating that our jobs will be available upon return. every other routine document is available. i have a good travel history---been to the UK for studies and i have a 2yrs UK visiting visa currently on my passport. please advice me on this with this high denial rate. any adds or subtraction |
please people i need your advice on this. should i go ahead and include my wife or will it work against me |
U of S is in SK, Canada. i am going for master of public health. my cousin is sponsoring me (individual not a cooperate body) my wife is not going for study. i want her to travel with me as an accompany family member. what i need is a Canadian study permit which allows you to take your wife and children along if you have enough money to cater for them. also i have a good travel history, dont know if it counts. i have been to the UK and have a 2yrs UK visiting visa running on my passport. |
