Hello jide, so the date of my complaints made you ignore me abi? Even if it was 10 years ago I think I still deserve a resolution because I didn't steal that money. You should have gotten back to me on the issue. I've been loyal to this brand for God knows how long and this isn't fair or right for that matter. Mtn has robbed me of my hard earned #2000.

Mr James, kindly assist. I requested for data worth 2000# and it's equivalent in airtime was deducted from my account, I immediately got an sms that my subscription has been exhausted, this was without even getting the data in the first place. I called customer care immediately and was told it would be resolved, I even got an sms from mtn to that effect but it wasn't. I kept calling, I spoke with countless agents, some very helpful and other not so much but all saying the same thing, they would forward my complain to a technician, which they did, I even got a call from the technician and he promised it would be resolved. I got an sms to that effect too. But to my surprise nothing was done prompting more calls to mtn customer care. Mr jide, you won't believe that as I type this neither my money or its equivalent in data has been given back to me. Please can you look into it for me? If yes I'd supply you with my number. Thanks and sorry for the epistle but na so e pain me reach
