THEME: THEIR GATHERING IS IN VAIN

TEXT: Isaiah 7:7, Psalm 118:10-12

Isaiah 7 :7 :Thus saith the Lord GOD , it shall not stand, neither shall it come to pass.

Psalm 118 vs 10 -12 ,
10:All nations compassed me about : but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them.

11. They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about :but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

12. They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns : for in the name ofthe Lord I will destroy them.

MESSAGE : "Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me :whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. "(Isaiah 54:15 )

It will be very naive of you to think that you do not have enemies. Enemies are always there lurking in the background. They can be the same people that eat and drink with you . They can laugh with you on the outside ,but inside they habour so much hatred and rancour against you. They might even go to the extent of seeking for your life. So, the truth is that the enemies must surely gather. It is not a matter of taking precaution so that they do not gather. No matter what you do, their gathering is imminent.

However , one thing that works for you and against them is the fact that their gathering is not of God . As a result, they shall not succeed. Whatever counsel they take together against you shall not stand neither shall it come to pass. God is ever ready to frustrate your enemies and cause them to fall. Have enemies gathered against you in your village, work place, business place and other areas of your endeavours? The Lord will uproot them. But He needs your cooperation to achieve this objective of heaven for you. You must be up and doing especially in the area of prayer and living right during this period of the year. Don't forget :we are in the 'embers' months' and the times are evil.

Sing spirit filled songs unto God thank Him for everything He has accomplished in your life and then take the following prayer point.

Prayer points :

1. Any where my enemies have gathered together to take counsel against me , Father disperse them by fire, in Jesus name.

2. Any satanic program of the devil against God's purpose in my life, be frustrated in Jesus name.

3. Any power saying 'no' to my advancement when God has already said 'yes', receive double frustration, in Jesus name.

4. Any appointment with the spirit of death during the 'ember'months' be cancelled, in Jesus name.

5. O God of Chosen, I ask for fresh power of the Holy Ghost upon our G.O, our Mummy and their children. Any evil gathering against them and against the ministry, visit such forces of darkness in your indignation, in Jesus name.

THEME: THAT REPROACH MUST BE OVER

MESSAGE:
"And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day." (Joshua 5:9)

On this particular day in question, the Lord rolled away all the reproach of Egypt from the children of Israel. In Egypt, they were made to serve with rigour against their will and they had no life of their own. The Israelites were in slavery and servitude and could not realize their potentials. They were stagnated. That was a reproachful situation which God needed to remove from off them. Without removing that reproach, it would be difficult for them to realize the gains of nationhood or even be established as individuals.

Many people are suffering from one kind of reproach or the other and have become laughing stock and objects of caricature in the eyes of the people to the point that they are asking them, "Where is your God?" God has not called you to seek Him in vain. So, what is that reproach that had been upon your life over the years? Is it the reproach of barrenness, poverty, failure, disappointment, delay, rising/falling, backwardness, and joblessness and so on. Whatever it is, the Lord will roll it away as you make yourself available for the service of God.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points:
1. Any reproach which the devil has brought upon my life; be rolled away, in Jesus' name.

2. Any program and plan of the enemy to make me an object of mockery and caricature; be terminated, in Jesus' name..

3. Any spirit of shame following me up and down; be separated from me by fire, in Jesus' name.

5. Any mark of rejection, hatred and bad-luck planted upon my life; be wiped away with the blood of Jesus Christ.

6. Any power working to bring reproach upon our G. O, our mummy in the Lord and their children; you have failed. Catch fire, in Jesus' name.

THEME: YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED CAPABILITY TO EXCEL

MESSAGE:
"Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses." (Joshua 1:3)

This was the promise that God made to Joshua as He commissioned him to take over from His servant Moses. He assured him that wherever the sole of his feet would touch automatically belonged to him. This was like an open cheque to Joshua. That means that the territory the Israelites would occupy depended upon Joshua's resolve to occupy a particular spot or another. There was no kind of limitation like saying, "Stop here or there." Remember, this promise was after Joshua had been certified fit. He brought back a good report from their spying assignment. He demonstrated ample faith in the power of God as he agreed with Caleb that they were well able to overcome the inhabitants of the land even though they were giants.

Joshua's feat is traceable to the original divine mandate released upon man to have dominion (Genesis 1:28). It is your right. But the question however is: Can these attributes of Joshua be found in you? You have the courage to say, "We are well able" as reported by Joshua and Caleb. God's unlimited capability is not for the feeble-minded and lily-livered who doubt the word of God and lack the will power to take a leap. If you want to have an unlimited capability to excel, you must follow Joshua's resilience. The unlimited capability to excel is already in-built inside of you. You can activate it today as you go to God in prayer.

1. Anywhere the sole of my feet rests upon, in the name of Jesus Christ, I possess it.

2. Any channel through which the enemy attacks my life and destiny, I close you by fire, in Jesus' name.

THEME: IT IS TIME FOR YOUR GLORY TO SHINE

MESSAGE:
"28 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. 30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him." (Exodus 34:29-30)

Moses was in the presence of God for a period of forty days and forty nights and came down from Mount Sinai with the tablets of stone bearing the Ten Commandments. But then, the glory of God covered him; his face shone and the people could not look at his face. It goes on to tell us that being in the presence of God makes His glory to appear to the point that people will see you and see the glory.

Being a Chosen and always in the presence of God in the mountain of our God which is The Lord's Chosen, there is no doubt that His glory will radiate upon your life and your face will shine. People will also not be able to behold your face because the glory will be too much. As the glory shines upon you, enemies and those that hate you will see your face and look for where to hide. His glory upon your life will cause yokes and bondage to break and no problem shall be able to survive in your life.

1. O God my Father, I ask that your glory envelop me and shine upon my life by the power and authority in the name of Jesus' Christ.

2. Let the glory of God upon my life cause my enemies to be afraid of me and flee from my presence, in Jesus' name.

3. Any veil covering the glory of God upon my life; catch fire, in Jesus' name.

4. Any family strong man sitting upon my glory, in the name of Jesus I unseat you.

29 And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more

30 Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they,even the house of lsrael are my people, saith the Lord GOD.

John 10 :10b The thief cometh not, but for to steal,and to kill, and to destroy

MESSAGE :
"And I will make them and the place round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season;there shall be showers of blessing"(Ezekiel 34:26-30.)

It will be a thing of joy if God will make you a blessing and cause regular flow of blessing to come upon you like showers. Showers of blessing here imply that the blessing will be unquantifiable. As one cannot count rain drops, so will it be impossible to count His blessings that will come upon you. When God makes you a blessing , it means that others will receive from you. You will be an asset in the hand of God to propagate the gospel. Being a blessing places you at a vantage position to take care of your responsibilities.

In this direction you must seek to have abundance. Jesus says He has come that you might have life and have it more abundantly. When you have abundance, you will no longer be 'managing' as many people refer to struggling to meet up with life's challenges. Having abundance will make others to be challenged to serve God in spirit and in truth. As if these are not enough, you will have the platform to increase more and more. So, take advantage of Jesus' offer and enter into abundant life and become a source of encouragement to others.

Worship/praise God and then take the following prayer points.
1. O God, my Father, bless me abundantly so that others may be challenged to serve you, in Jesus' name

2. Oh God, make me an instrument for the propagation of the gospel through our three fold vision and ten billion souls' mandate, in Jesus' name.

3. Any arrow of poverty fired into my life; pull out and go back to the sender in Jesus' name.

4. Let your blessing come upon my life like showers of rain in Jesus' name .

Our forefathers entered into covenants that only succeeded in enslaving their children and mortgaging our destinies into the hands of idols, evil spirit, demons, shrines, temples, covens, witches and wizards etc. Till today, many people are still groaning under the weight of different kinds of yokes and bondage exerted upon them by these satanic forces - marine spirit powers (spirit husband/wife ), speaking altars, ancestral spirits, familial spirit idols, deities gods and goddesses -name them. These yokes and bondage manifest in the form of failure in life's endeavours, stagnancy, limitations, rising and falling, poverty backwardness, disfavour, hatred, delay, disappointment and so on.

Are you among such people? Rejoice; for reprieve has come your way. God has made a covenant of peace with you through the uncontaminated blood that Jesus Christ shed on the cross of calvary. Within the context of this covenant, evil beasts shall cease out of the land and you shall have the freedom to sleep with your two eyes shut . Evil beasts represent those rampaging demons whose task remains to frustrate your life. But through this new covenant which is designed to bring stability in your life, all other earlier existing covenants that helped to transfer your destiny shall be annulled and you shall be free.

1. Any covenant (name them) that has enslaved and mortgaged my destiny into the hands of idols and demons; by God's covenant of peace upon the Chosen ones, be nullified, in Jesus' name.

As a child of God, there are many things that God has brought to your attention especially through the messages emanating from our pulpit. Some of these things include the need to live holy and righteous and according to the will of God. You are expected to live a life of non-compromise and to depend on God for all things. One of the things which you are supposed to do now is to pray fervently at all times. It does not just stop at knowing these things, you must also endeavour to do them in order to guarantee peace, joy and happiness.

Maybe demons have been attacking you and hold sway over your life thereby making life unbearable for you. It might also be that some yokes and bondage have proved to be stumbling blocks against your destiny and as such you are not happy. You need to know that prayer is indispensable in your quest to uproot these obstacles and as you do, you will be happy again. You need to know as well that sin can become an impediment to your blessing and avoid it. That way, you will have breakthrough and be happy in life. So, adopt a practical approach in your relationship with God and you will be happy again. The power of prayer will uproot any kind of spiritual obstacle which the devil has set on your way.

1. O God, give me the grace and power to do those things that are needful, in Jesus' name. Make me to be spiritual and uproot carnal mindedness.

2. Possess me by your Spirit. Give me the enabling grace to be sincere and honest in my relationship with you, in Jesus' name.

Maybe you have worked for years without promotion and those that are less qualified have been promoted to higher ranks and offices and you are in despair. Have you been running up and down without being firmly rooted in your business, job, career, academics and vocation?

It is still possible for the Lord to put you in the right place and establish you. He that makes a way where there is no way is ever ready to make a way for you. He says He will appoint a place for you which will cause you to be in the right place and in the right position. Your abasement which had been the product of manipulation by wicked satanic forces shall cease. Your inheritance shall be in Christ Jesus. You shall do exploits and dwell in your wealthy place.

Praise the Lord!

I will like to thank God very much for the general overseer of the Lord's Chosen Pastor Lazarus Muoka, who have kindly invited me to this crusade. I want to bless the name of the Lord for he is a great Man of God, who has a mandate which will last from generation to generation, bringing souls to Jesus Christ. I pray that all of us who are here will buy into that vision of winning souls to our Lord Jesus Christ.
I was so excited when I heard the theme of this meeting, " God has sworn to bless you". Amen.

The Word of God says in Numbers 23:19. It says God is not a man that he should lie and he is not the son of man that he should repent, that is has he said it and will he not do it; and has he spoken it and will he not make it good?. That scripture reminds us that, when God says something He will do it. When He speaks it, it will come to pass.
But when God swears, then you know that it is a different kind of miracle that you should expect. So, I'm expecting my own miracles today. So I want you to say, that God has sworn to bless me,

then the congregation replied, "God has sworn to bless me."

Prof. Osinbajo, No! No!! No!!! To bless me, you have to point to me. I thought you are my Friends. God will bless you, and according to His word that God has sworn to bless you.
He will bless you and prosper you, and every day of your life will be better than before in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen.

THEME: THEIR HATRED FOR YOU WILL BACK FIRE

MESSAGE:
"70 As he spake by the mouth of his servant which have been since the world began: 71 That we should be saved from out enemies, and from the have of all that hate us. " (Luke 1:70-71)

The spirit of the devil has laid hate in the hearts of many people and all they do is to seek to bring down those they hate. They can employ several means including character assassination, blackmail, gossiping and backbiting to run them down. They can say so many things about such people even though their stories are not verified. Sometimes the hatred might be because you are not from the same geographical location with them or do not speak the same language. It could be out of jealousy or envy. It might just be that they perceive you as a threat and enemy and therefore hate you.

Are you among those that are hated, rejected and despised for no reason? Jesus urges us not to worry. God had spoken through the mouths of His holy prophets since the inception of the world that He will save us from the hands of those that hate us. In fact, it is to their own detriment. They not only hate you, but work against your progress at the same time. Do not lose sleep over them. By the time God finishes with them, they shall be frustrated, disappointed and disgraced. Those that want you to be sacked in your place of work; those secretly working for your business to close up or those that are even praying for you to die or remain childless. The Lord will frustrate them, in Jesus' name. All things will work together for your good.

1. O God, according to your word; protect me from the hands of haters, antagonists and adversaries, in Jesus' name.

2. Anywhere they hate me and are plotting my downfall; Father, disband them by fire, in Jesus' name.

3. You will not lose your promotion, breakthrough, connection, favour and blessitig because of them and their activities, in Jesus' name.

4. All those that have vowed to deal with my G. O because of their hatred and envy, God will frustrate them and subdue them by His power, in Jesus' name.

This is very crucial period in the history of this nation and the whole world at large. It is a period when believers seek to consolidate on the gains of serving God through His Son Jesus Christ, while on the other hand, the devil seeks to strip them of every glory that is upon them and cause them to go to hell. So, it is a very dicey period. Any mistake can prove suicidal. That is why you must be at alert and never lose concentration.

You must never be carried away by the euphoria of your salvation or by any form of merriment that is going on around you. The times are evil. This is a time to seek to be spiritual by drawing near the Lord through prayer, fasting and serious supplication and intercession. Any believer worth his onion cannot remain a nominal Christian now. You must become conversant with the art of warfare — that is, if you are serious about surviving. The forerunners of the anti-Christ have unleashed on the earth and serious efforts are required to combat this aggression against the children of God. The prophecies concerning the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ are being gradually fulfilled right before our very eyes. So, be watchful. If there is a time when you need to pray most as a believer, that time is now. Shake off every sleeping and slumbering and lukewarm-ness and claim what rightfully belongs to you.

1. Every spirit of sleeping and slumbering assigned against my prayer life; be shaken into fire in Jesus' name.

THEME: YOU ARE A DIVINE PROJECT

MESSAGE:
"The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. " (Zechariah 4:9)

History is replete with stories of men and women who have embarked on different projects only to abandon them halfway. Some had to abandon such projects because evil people rose up to sabotage their efforts as their businesses folded up or they lost their jobs. The scripture is aware of this program of the devil concerning the projects of the people of God.

In the case of Zerubbabel, God insists that as he had embarked upon the project of building, he would definitely bring it to a successful completion - not by his might or power but by the Spirit of the Lord. What is the project you have undertaken that is under the threat of satanic forces consisting of witches and wizards, familiar spirits, marine spirits (spirit husband/wife), household enemies and evil friends? They have caused your business to nose-dive so that you will not see money to complete your project; you have lost your job and your family is suffering. Listen! What is it that you have been struggling and labouring to get? The word of God is saying it is not by might or by power. It is only by the spirit ofGod.

The economic situation prevailing in the nation presently is unfriendly. There are issues that border on security and many more which require divine intervention. So, it makes sense that you invite the Spirit of God to take over in your life through prayer and you heave a sigh of relief. If you can ask Him to come in, even in this seemingly unfavourable current economic climate, God shall provide all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus; you will succeed and excel. You will not lack. Where people are crying and complaining, you will be rejoicing in the name of the Lord.

Do not say, "how can this be?" The Spirit of the Lord shall perform it in your life. It is not by might; nor by power This month, whatever will kill people, will not kill you. Rather. it will announce you to the whole world, in Jesus' name.

Many people are going through serious suffering in life because they have vehemently refused to serve God. As a result, they are on the verge of death and hell.

On the other hand, if the people serve God, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure. The bible insists that because God is a Spirit, those that serve Him must do so in spirit and in truth. Therefore, serving God is not by paying lip-service or serving Him in disobedience if you are really keen on reaping the benefits therein.

Do you obey and serve God? The answer to this question is crucial to what becomes of the years ahead of you. If not, you must make up your mind today to obey and serve Him so that you will be qualified for the prosperity on offer. The opportunity is still very much available.

They can never be sorry for their actions. They know that their master the devil has no mercy in his dictionary, so they do not show mercy. Many people have never received Favour or kindness in their lives before to that they have forgotten what it means to be favored.
In fact, they do not believe that anybody will ever remember them to Favour them or show them kindness.

Mephibosheth was Jonathan's son .
His father Jonathan and Saul died when he was five years old and his nurse took him and brought him up.
Meanwhile as his nurse attempted to flee with him, he fell down and became lame. Being lame and without father and mother or anyone to help him, realizing his destiny could be as good as dead. But the Lord remembered him as king David asked if there was any remnant of Saul's house so that he would show him kindness. That was how the issue of Mephibosheth came up and he ate on the king's table all the days of his life.

Have you been long forgotten by everybody and there is no one to help or remember you, the Lord will remember you and lay your burden in the hearts of your divine helpers. They will seek you to shown you kindness just like David sought to show Mephibosheth kindness and you will eat at the king's table all the days of your life.

The above scripture was the admonition which Apostle Paul gave to the Ephesians in his epistle to them. In that epistle, they were expected to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might to resist whatever would challenge their faith in God that it may be well with them. The admonition touched every stratum of their lives including honour to parents, respect to elders and masters and living a righteous life, preaching the word of God. They were also expected to be strong to wage spiritual battles against the devil whenever he surfaces in their lives.

We are in a world of battle where the enemy surfaces very often to wage war — in our marriages, businesses, jobs, careers and so on. The admonition to you today is to be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Do not wait for people to fast for you and pray for you. You must be strong in the Lord. Do not be afraid for the Lord is with you. By the power of His might, challenge any power that has arisen to bring you down.

As had already been explained in the introductory analysis of the month we are into, there is going to be increased activities everywhere — on the highways, streets, market places, tourist centres and so on. This increase is a reaction that usually takes place during the 'ember' months. While people run helter-skelter to meet up with set objectives, desperate individuals who have no visible means of livelihood are also busy doing everything possible to realize their own 'dreams' of killing, maiming, duping etc. It is therefore unsurprising that more accidents take place; many more people get missing, ritual killings and kidnapping also - including women and children.

Remember, during this period, the devil pencils those he wants to take away their lives. The Psalmist was aware of this ploy of the devil and prayed that God should preserve those that are appointed to die. I do not know exactly the kind of evil the enemy is planning for you during this period. But by his antecedents, it is certain that his program remains to steal, to kill and to destroy. So, you need to know that this is not a time to sleep and slumber. It is a time when you have no option than to pray earnestly the way you never did.

You must come out of your comfort zone in order to engage in ceaseless prayer to ensure that you overcome all the wiles of the devil.

1. O God my Father, in this new month, release the enabling grace to continue to enjoy every benefit of serving you and being a true Chosen, in Jesus' name.

2. I decree that whatever you have laid in my charge; shall never be lost to the enemy. I pray for strength to occupy till you come, in Jesus' name.

There are many issues of life that might arise just to take you away from the love of God. It could be tribulation — troubles, such as the nation and the world are going through today. It could be persecution, famine, inflation. danger and death. All the above are the order of the day. Believers suffer persecution in many places even in our nation. Sometimes, they can place systematic bans on processions, vigils, crusades, morning cry, market evangelism etc which deters many supposed believers and cause them to backslide.
What is it that is targeting your salvation in order to separate you from the love of God? Is it famine and inflation or danger or even death? No matter the danger, you must resist them. You must stand by the word of God which assures you that you are more than a conqueror through Him that loved us. You are the choice of God and so long as God is with the Chosen people, you must overcome.

MESSAGE:
There are some people out there who believe that certain situations are beyond the power of God, and as a result, they put their trust in what they perceive as alternatives to God.
One thing is clear, there is no alternative to God. It is only God that has power to heal both the sickness and the root causes on like human physicians who seek to terminate sicknesses without taking out the root causes.

King Asa, king of Israel was diseased in foot and the Bible described that disease as exceeding great. But instead of him to seek God, he resorted to physicians and in the bargain paid with his life.

Many people today are like King Asa. They believe they can come out of any Problem confronting them without making recourse to God. Many people are ready to pay any amount as hospital bill, only to give God peanuts as offering or sacrifice, that way, many of them had died.
Whatever be the sickness or Situation troubling you, present it before God; give Him a sacrifice.
I want you to know that God has solution to every of your problems.
He will heal your life, marriage, business, finance, sickness and disease e. t. c.
You must learn how to depend on God in every situation or Circumstance. Be wise!

WHY DO CHOSEN PEOPLE WEAR APRON ?

Acts 19:11-12
11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul:
12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.
As I travel across States evangelising, I have received countless of questions from different people concerning this apron that CHOSEN people usually wear...

Why do chosen people wear this??
Is it a god or something??
Does it perform miracles??
etc...

I want to use this opportunity to clear the air. In the early beginning of this ministry (The Lord's Chosen Charismatic Revival Movement). whenever we have a crusade, we usually create awareness about it to the public, putting adverts on the streets by pasting posters and hanging banners.

But each time this is being done, some people took it upon themselves to remove it by night, thereby making our labour to be in vain...

One day our Pastor came up with an idea "what if we write the details of this programme and wear it like clothes so that everywhere we go, people will see it, will they also come and remove it from our body??". This idea was very much welcomed, and we started printing the aprons.

But then, some of the brethren were shy to put it on saying "how can I wear my fine clothes and put this on top of it, won't people begin to laugh me?". But because God is in support of wearing of the apron, after our pastor prayed on it(the apron) it became an instrument that carries power. Some brethren who were sick and wore it were healed instantly. when some wear it to their offices, automatic favour follows them. Some people who usually have bad dreams discovered that when they wear it to bed, they do sleep like a baby.

While all these things were happening and the testimony was spreading, it motivated everyone including those that were shy and they all started wearing it...

What we do today, some people call it foolishness. I tell you " we are not alone" the whole continent of the world have bought this vision together with us... To be foolish for Christ's sake is great gain.

The end of the month or quarter might signal another move of the enemy to reconvene in order to assess why you are still standing in spite of all their attacks. It could be a time to re-empower their demons to be more vicious in their attacks against targeted enemies. But wise targets do not relent. They hold forth.

Do not relent or loosen your guard. The scripture enjoins believers to be sober and vigilant because the enemy is always on the prowl seeking for whom he may devour. If anyone looses his guard or becomes complacent, he/she risks being captured by the devil. Therefore, do not believe that the war is finally over. It is not over until it is over. In fact, this is the time to increase the volume of your prayers.

God has promised those who believe on His name and trust Him that they will never be put to shame. Though the enemy might be mocking you and asking you, "Where is the glory of God in your life?," you will not be ashamed. So long as it has come out from the mouth of God, it will never be otherwise for you, in Jesus' name. Your case will later turn out to be like that of the elephant and the dog that both became pregnant at the same time. At three months, the dog gave birth to six puppies. Six months later, it gave birth to another dozen and on and on it went. At the eighteenth month, the dog braggingly approached the elephant in mockery questioning him. "Are you sure you are pregnant? I thought we became pregnant on the same date. See, me now! I have given birth to a dozen puppies which have even grown to become big dogs. Yet, you say you are still pregnant.

Are enemies, detractors and haters mocking you because of childlessness, poverty and other situations? Just relax. Do not envy their testimonies or be sad because yours has not come or is taking too long. Your testimony will shake them.

Isaiah 8:18 recalls, "Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion." As a true believer in Christ — one who knows the unlimited power of God and has faith in him, you are for signs and wonders. So, no matter what you are going through right now, it is obvious the sky is your limit, all the barriers the enemy has set before you are stepping stones to your miracles. Therefore, be calm because at the end of the day, you will testify. The Word of God does not return back to Him without accomplishing that for which they have been spoken. (Isaiah 55:1 1 )

Remember, God is not a man that He should lie. Whatever He declares concerning you must surely come to pass. He created the heaven and the earth and everything that is inside them through spoken words. The assurance today is that every promise He has made concerning you; the power in His words will bring it to pass. So, there is no need pressing the panic button. You will surely testify. What is that expectation you nurse in your heart — to become something in life? It shall be granted. God has spoken and it will surely come to pass. That negative situation in your life must turn to testimony. Trust and believe Him and you will not regret you did.

Little wonder, the people of old organized different fasting programs to move the hand of God. Unfortunately, many believers do not consider fasting necessary. Rather, they feed themselves fat. They have lost the power for prayer, supplication and intercession. They have become virtually empty. They have created opportunity for the business of prophecy and vision to thrive. Prophets and prophetesses are exploiting the people, collecting their money and land documents.

Wake up from your sleeping and slumbering. Sanctify a fast! Lose your spiritual obesity; attain that spiritual shape and size that will make you become sensitive to the things of the spirit and move the hand of God. The battle before you is not physical, but spiritual. That is why the Bible says, "Put on the whole armour of God," Fasting is one spiritual requirement to catapult someone to a higher level.

1. Every spirit behind sleeping and slumbering; be uprooted out of my life, in Jesus' name. Give me the enabling grace to live a spirit-filled life, in Jesus' name. I ask for grace to fast and pray at all times, in Jesus name.

2. I command spiritual deadness in my life to give way to life in the Holy Ghost, in Jesus' name. By the power in the name of Jesus, I command spiritual obesity to be shed, in Jesus name.

3. I cancel spiritual malnourishment, kwashiorkor and stagnation in my life, in Jesus' name. Any spirits of gluttony (over-feeding) living inside of me; catch fire, in Jesus' name.

THEME: BE CAREFUL HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR CHILDREN

TEXT: Proverbs 22:6
22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

MESSAGE
"Now the sons of Eli were sons of Belial; they knew not the LORD."
(1 Samuel 2:12)

The type of orientation you give your children will determine the direction they will go in life. If you are carefree and over indulge them, you will end up spoiling them. That is why must train them in the way of the Lord. That way, they will stick by it. The scripture did not point out how Eli trained his children, though it stated that he was not happy with their dealings. But the fact is that Hophni and Phinehas deviated and became corrupt - sons of Belial and God was not happy.

1 Samuel 3:12 states, "In that day I will perform against Eli all things which
I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end."

Whenever God begins a thing, He must finish it. In the case of Eli and his family, God performed that which He promised. So, be careful how you train up your children so that they will not grow up to emulate the behaviour of the children of Eli. Do you call them nicknames — small tiger, lion, Junior, Senior, etc? Do you buy toy gun instead of children's Bible? Do you encourage them to kick other children dangerously on the stomach? Be careful not to kindle the fire that will later burn you. Children are mentally fragile and learn fast things that are abnormal. So, you must be discreet what you expose them to or else you will be leaving a damaging legacy behind.

1. O God, I pray for divine wisdom to train up my children in the ways of righteousness and holiness, in Jesus' name.

"7 .... Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. 8 The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words. " Proverbs 23:7-8

Fair weather friends are those who are always with you especially when things are moving smoothly, but disappear immediately things go sour. They will offer all manner of excuses why they will not be there for you — travel, work, business, vacation and so on. Some of those excuses might be genuine, but then they cannot be with you. As long as you have one thing or the other to offer them, they are singing your praises, only to abandon you at the hour of need. Beware of them! They do not have any good intention towards you except that things are going well for you.

Many people also describe them as unfriendly friends. They will castigate you at your back only to smile with you when they are in your presence. They blame you and pass judgments at your back and praise you when you are with them. They speak evil of others in your presence, only to berate you in their own presence. They are envious of you without you knowing it. They are betrayers and will be the ones that will give you the fatal blow that will signify your end. You must beware of them because they are very dangerous.

2. Whatever be their aim or objectives in my life; may they never realize them, in Jesus' name. All their gossiping and backbiting, I turn it upon their heads, in Jesus' name.

THEME: HE WILL FINISH THE WORK

TEXT: Psalm 130, Psalm 66:18

"Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. " (Philippians 1:6)

God is the only being that has the rare capability to accomplish whatever He sets out to do. The power is available in great measure and the resources are not lacking. So, no matter the difficult nature of a task or an assignment, He will finish it. You must depend on them. There are those He has started the work of salvation in their lives. No matter the obstacles, He will finish it. He has also commenced the work of sanctification, healing, deliverance, favour and breakthrough and so on, in the lives of many people and He will finish the work. Nobody can oppose him or stop Him. (Isaiah 43:13)

Maybe He has started something good in your life and there appears to be delay. Do not shake or panic. He is working out something; He will shake off that enemy from your way. He is faithful to His promises. God does not want His blessings to derail your salvation. Though some people feel that God is slack in fulfilling His promises, the truth is that He waits for the right time before He blesses His people so that such blessing will not turn to be the reason for their backsliding.
