Looking at the comments here, it's easy to see how un-enlightened most Nigerian youths are.

This is actually a fantastic idea. The organisation is most likely over staffed and has a lot of redundancy. For them to identify such a large number of staff to remove, they are looking to streamline efficiency and reduce expenditure.

You may see N50 billion as a lot of money but trust me it costs a lot more to keep non functional staff on payroll bearing in mind that these same staff will still be paid the same N50 billion (or even more) when they eventually retire

There's this thing sold by the same people who sell sniper on the street that's super effective for cockroaches. It looks like a dark green tea sachet that has dried leaves inside. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact name but i tell you it works like magic. You won't even see the cockroaches dead bodies, they just disappear. I used it when I had a cockroaches I gestation in my car after constantly eating inside.

My 3 year old daughter, she would be 4 years old in Feb, is sharp and very bright.
It only happened occasionally that she would pee on herself. Usually when engrossed in cartoon.

However, it the last 4 weeks, it has become an everyday occurrence.

I just had a baby boy few weeks ago. Could this be responsible for the change in my daughter? If yes, how best can it be handled? It's already affecting her in school.

You've actually answered your own query.

Toddlers usually regress a little bit when a new baby comes in and peeing on themselves is a common trait. It's been theorised that it's a need for attention/ confusion about the changes among other things but they outgrow it pretty quickly.

Just reinforce her potty training and she'll be okay.
