1. Cost of digging/planting the seedlings (for 10 acres), application of fertilizer (if necessary) and weeding over the 3 year period before it starts producing
2. I seriously doubt clearing 10 acres is 600,000

3. Cost of harvesting 10 acres every 6 momths

4. Cost of processing the palm kernel into palm oil

5. Cost of buying 800 Jerry cans of 20litre

6. Cost of logistics - transporting the oil to where it's sold

7 Labour cost for all the above

Let me also use this opportunity to state my case with him here.

It's been over 1 year. It happened November, 2022.
He was my supplier, I was the middleman and Valto was the buyer/vendor.
And till today he keeps saying he doesn't have 65,000 to refund, I even gave him option to pay in bits, yet nothing. These days he reads my messages on WhatsApp without replying.

There are so many of them with similar characters here, I'm coming for all of them. I go dey cast them 1 by 1.

After concluding a transaction with him, he begged me for money to take someone to the hospital for health issues. Infact, he started asking for the money before he paid for the funds I sold to him. I almost thought he wanted to forcefully subtract it before paying me.

I decided to give him the funds after concluding the transaction (either 40k or 30k). He promised to return the money within a week or so. When I asked for the money repeatedly, he told me that I must sell funds to him first and he'll then repay the loan from the profit from the transaction. Subsequent messages to him since then has been ignored. It's been a while though...this happened in late 2022

Exactly. So many instances of near problems that I would have had as an escrow if not that I stood on the shoulders of the experiences of others.

That day was the same day that someone defrauded another with a third party's account. I narrated the scam earlier on this thread.

I normally do not ask for ID but I was really suspicious about the transaction that this guy was part of. His trade partner sent their ID without any rancour but look at who is all over the place because of ID. He has since receive his funds but I guess that he's keeping his promises of destroying my reputation on NL.

I know that he's probably not the only one. I hope he continues dancing to the drums of his handlers. Una go meet me for front oh. I nor run. But una go still dance naked for the market square.

Don't mind him. His plan of tarnishing your reputation is already backfiring...instead, he is promoting you as an extremely careful and security conscious escrow. I'll come to you with any future deals that require escrow services.
