Foreign Affairs / Joe Biden Stumbles Multiple Times As He Boards Air Force One (Video) by Chrisbeks: 8:43pm On Mar 19, 2021
US President Joe Biden on Friday lost his footing and tripped multiple times while walking up the steps to Air Force One.

The American leader, 78, had proceeded swiftly about halfway up the airstairs to the presidential jet when he stumbled.

Holding on to the railing with his right hand, he attempted a quick recovery but tripped again, this time dropping to his knee.

Biden stood up, paused and brushed his left pant leg before he headed up to the top of the airstairs, turned and saluted, and then entered the aircraft.

Air Force One took off shortly afterwards from outside the capital Washington for a flight to Atlanta, where Biden was to meet members of the Asian-American community which has been shocked by a series of shootings in massage parlors.

“He is doing fine. He is doing just great,” deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters about Biden’s stumble.

Biden, the oldest president ever to take office, made a point of hustling to his appearances while on the campaign trail.

Last year he was routinely seen jogging up steps to a stage or towards a podium.

A senator? I only see it brewing. It will get to limelight soon.
Being a senator doesn't make you all knowing. Donald Trump is the president of the United States, do you believe everything he says? They are politicians and they will portray things in a way that favours their own political interests. You can read the full judgement yourself, it's available for the public to read.

Dick Durbin is a politician, he will say whatever he wants to sway public opinion. I have read the full judgement myself and it doesn't mandate the administration to reopen DACA for new applicants.

Pres. Trump is now in open defiance of Chief Justice Roberts’ decision rejecting the repeal of DACA & requiring the Trump Admin to reopen DACA for new applicants. The stakes are too high—both for the rule of law & lives of Dreamers—to dismiss this as yet another Trump outrage.

From the author of Law & Order!
This is fake news, justice Roberts decision did not in any way require the Trump admin to reopen DACA for new applicants.

It would also be nice to see his condemnation of Russia's interference in the election that brought him into power.
But he already slammed sanctions on the Russians because of that interference.
And the so called Russian interference didn't affect the outcome of that election. It was just Russian bots sending pro Trump messages on Facebook. When you keep hearing Russian interference you would think the Russians did a high level op to hack the elections.

On one hand, every major news agencies (Fox inclusive) has confirmed the reporting, as has European intelligence. Infact, the US intelligence notified the United Kingdom counterparts on the Intel. It wasn't credible, yet they forwarded the Intel to the British defense secretary since British soldiers were targeted too.

On the other hand, the orange turd's appointed officials and his administration are famous for always being super truthful and the orange turd has always been “super tough” on Russia and Putin grin

Trump's Stooge never said it wasn't credible.
You are just throwing lies around. Media houses don't even have the means or duty to decide which Intel is credible or not so how could they confirm the credibility of the Intel? Are they some kind of secret service of their own? Secondly, no European intelligence agency confirmed the credibility of the intelligence, they only said the intel was shared with them or they saw it. I'd like you to show me a single European intelligence agency that said the Intel was credible. Thirdly, US intelligence agencies forwarded the Intel to other friendly agencies because that's what intel agencies do, share intelligence to either alert friendly agencies on an Intel that affects their countries or to ask them if they have any further information on what they received, It doesn't mean the Intel was verified. Ask yourself If it was verified, why have the British government not condemned the Russians also?
Not every Intel received by Intel agencies are credible, they receive false Intel all the time and on this case, the US Intel agencies say that their own investigation have not shown any evidence to verify this Intel.

Till date, he hasn't condemned Russia for the action. He would rather spend his whole day protecting confederate statues by tweeting about them 24/7. He went as far as signing an executive order to prosecute those bringing down those traitor general's structures. If he spends the same effort in fighting Covid 19, the US would not be in the mess it is right now.
Assume you are the president of a country, your intelligence agencies received an Intel that another country placed a bounty on the head of your troops, your own intelligence agencies investigated and didn't find any evidence to verify the allegations and they decided it wasn't credible, they even believed that it was so uncredible that they didn't see the need to brief you on it. Will you go out and condemn the accused country based on an allegation that even your own intelligence agencies say is not credible?

You specifically said, "the judgement didn't say they can't end DACA". This is untrue.

The case itself was to stop DACA, and the judgement specifically says DACA should continue, which is the opposite of what you said.

The government might be able to end DACA in the future after presenting valid well reasoned justifications for ending it, but as far as current efforts go, the government has woefully failed.
Plus hello whoever you are, I believe this is the first time I am interacting with you on nairaland, I don't appreciate people editing my post to try to give it a different meaning. You mischievously cut my comment in half when the full comment explains fully that the DHS didn't do things the right way as far as the current efforts is concerned hence the court said they have to go do it again. My comment wasn't long but you mischievously cut off the explanatory part of it because you had another agenda. Please for clarification for others who didn't see my full original comment, this is it;

Chrisbeks:

I think bluebyrd is right, where you are missing it is what verdict did SCOTUS pass? Their verdict was that the DHS didn't do things in the right way, the judgement didn't say they can't end DACA, it says they didn't go about it the right way. Chief Justice Roberts said the DHS can end DACA but they have to go back and do it again the right way.

Wow shocked, what are you saying? The the judgement say DHS can't end DACA? You are the one getting it wrong, it says they can but they have to go and do it again because they didn't follow proper procedure to do it this time so DACA remains until the DHS follows the proper procedure in ending it. The judgement specifically said that "the DHS may rescind DACA" all parties agreed on that.

Your comment is even self contradictory, if you admit that the DHS has the power to end DACA in future then how do you mean that the judgement they can't end DACA. The judgement said they can, they didn't just do it the right way this time

What it does say is DACA is not ended and shall continue as is until you come up with valid justification and follow the proper rules to end it.
We're saying the same thing with exception of "until you can come up with valid justification", please the court didn't say I should come up with any valid justification cheesy cheesy, I am not Trump or DHS grin. Another thing is that the judgement says expressly that "all parties agree" that the "DHS may rescind DACA" i.e DHS has the power to rescind DACA but it has to follow the rules properly to do so. That's were abbeybailey was missing it completely, he believes that the judgement means that every DACA recipient will automatically be issued a green card which isn't what the judgement is saying.

Like I said, the DACA will get their Green Cards and that's not what Trump wants and he lost at the Supreme Court the same way he lost the case of LGTB couple days ago. Y'all backing a racist loser and the big loss for him is coming on Nov 3rd when we come with a Blue Avalanche that will be so overwhelming.
Go and read the judgement, I don't see the purpose of this argument anymore. I don't even understand the purpose of all those other things you are saying.

Where they were before racist Trump wants them deported is paying fines and must be in school or gainfully employed with no criminal past and that will eventually leads to permanent residency for them. Why is that hard for you to comprehend. It's Trump who wants them deported and the SCOTUS turned him down. And those in DACA program will eventually get their Green Cards and go on with their lives. What you say on nairaland means nothing.
Go and read the judgement, this argument is unnecessary

POTUS don't have to say anything about giving Green cards. Once they ruled against Trump justice department, the next step will be to issue them their residency permits. The fear of deportation do not hang on their necks anymore. It's as simple as that.
Not true again, what the judgement does is return them back to their former status before the move to end the DACA. Look, this argument is unnecessary, just go and read the judgement for yourself.
