Their verdict was that the DHS didn't do things in the right way, the judgement didn't say they can't end DACA, it says they didn't go about it the right way. Chief Justice Roberts said the DHS can end DACA but they have to go back and do it again the right way.

Voter ID is not being advocated for to prevent legally qualified voters from voting, it's to prevent illegal and unqualified people from voting. If you are a citizen and legally qualified, nobody can use any laws to prevent you from voting.
