Sadly, the answer is yes. You have to submit a copy of your transcript along side your application as its part of the criteria need to grant you admission.

You can use an unofficial transcript if you have one or if you school normally uploads all your results to an online portal. You can print the results for each year and combine to use a an unofficial transcript.

For instance, some University will upload all your scores and result from year 1 first semester to final year. If so is your case.
Print year 1 first semester result breakdown, print year 1 second semester break down, print year 2,3 and so on then scan all of that.

On the first page should be boldly written (Unofficial transcript for Chrisbobo xyz Matt number: 12345, University of xyz, department of xyz. CGPA: xyz) you might have to type it yourself on an empty sheet!
