I think nigerian clubs should recruit football academy players. Not all of them wil go to Europe immediately. They can play with enyimba for a few years.
I think part of the problem is most Nigerian clubs do not do any talent scouting. They just recycle old and tired players

No serious academy product will think through this line, NPFL dents image of young players since the only players who go to the NPFL from the academies are those considered not good enough to take their trades to Europe.
