forgiveness: Quote from his Aunty, the current deputy governor of Osun state
''It would be my dream to see him play for the Super Eagles someday. We are so proud of him, so also is his parents,'' Titi Laoye-Tomori told saharareporterssport.com.
''He is a true professional and also very humble. He works so hard for his team and no wonder he has won so much at such young age.
''I was with his dad recently and we spoke a lot about his chances of coming to play for Nigeria soon. Right now, he is focusing on his club career and we hope he will come represent his fatherland soon.''
Quote from the horses mouth.
“I thought about playing for England, Canada and Nigeria'' I was the first person that posted this quote here, I did this after the boy celebrated Naija on independence day, but since then, I have been waiting endlessly. I dun wait sotey I dun dey lose wait. Then to the "quote from the horses mouth", does his scale of preference not wring a bell? First England Second Canada Then Nigeria so down in the pecking order, languishing in the relegation dugout |

komekn: I disagree with you.
Back to my long standing proposition ; It is better to be a Lion in a lower league and club than an anonymous mouse in a top club and league.
There are clubs that have historical and present top class quality in comparison to clubs in much higher leagues.
For instance the Eredivisie is rated below the Turkish league. But there is no Turkish club that can stand with Ajax present and past in any shape or form.
FC Midtjylland got flogged comprehensively by Rangers a club with European football pedigree. But the league is ranked 5/6 places below the Danish football league. The same Rangers that held Villareal from Laliga over two legs.
Aribo was outstanding in league one and us now outstanding in Rangers. We currently don't have anybody tjat has his level of aggression physicality and doggednes in midfield. He is playing first team football.
Not academy youth football as a prospect in Barcelona, Madrid that may leave and end up in Finland. U too dey rush talk whenever it concerns Anglo Nigerians. U no even understand wetin Emmy mean. Easy guy, this response makes u look clueless of happenings in here. Sorry to say this, u do not disgree with him, u doing the opposite bkus that my yeye friend called Emeka was writing(speaking) tongue in cheek. And to u Emmyboy, ur Aribo will never be considered by Rohr ahead of Zubby. U can take this to the bank |

Nigeria U20 hopeful, Ashinme Kigbu joins Stoke in the championship. Kigbu was due for a place in Aigbogun's world cup squad, but Unfortunately got ruled out by injury. He is a CB by trade. Born in Jos, the highly rated defender came through ManCity Academy before moving to Austria in search of first team football |

Humility017: I think he didn't get to play in that match... but Rohr don't rate him that much and the Nigeria coaches working with Rohr that knows him...are as clueless of our government... even looking for ways to put in players who are ever willing to grease their palms I was the guy that covered the match here, he was introduced late in the match. Too bad that misfortune called Aigbogun overlooked him after the boy openly declared earlier this year, that he was into Nigeria and would honor any call up from the youth set ups through the main team(the super eagles) |

There is serious dearth of talent in that part of West Africa. Anthony Ujah should not be ignored if he does well.
Abdul Ajagun still remains the only AMF playing in that position in a top league.
Tiago Ilori should be approached. He is now in Sporting Lisbon.

charlesemeka85: Tottenham Hotpsur's move to secure the services of Fulham wonderkid Ryan Sessegnon before the close of the transfer window has become complicated.
Spurs were ready to include Nigerian midfielder Josh Onomah as a makeweight in the deal taking Sessegnon to new White Hart Lane but there is a new twist.
Lilywhite_Rose has informed allnigeriasoccer.com that Newcastle United have entered the race to sign Onomah from under the noses of Fulham and this has complicated the swap deal.
The Cottagers still maintain an interest in the central midfielder and are pushing to sign him too.
Onomah has played under Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce at two different clubs, during his loan spells at Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday.
The 22-year-old has been declared surplus to requirements by Mauricio Pochettino and did not take part in any of the pre-season games played by Tottenham's first team. charlesemeka85: owngoalnigeria.com opata hahahahahahahahahahahahaha . |

He has represented England at under 15 and under 16 level. Good, I hope we also hand a call up to yet another English youth International goalkeeper, and Tottenham sensation, Joshua Oluwayemi.
