CSKA didn't come to play tonight but to hit us on counter. With more creativity and quicker ball transition we'd have won.
Untoda Manchester Derby. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by chrisley024(m): 8:32pm On Oct 21, 2015 |
Very slow attack build up especially from Bastian. Rojo not helping Martial in attack making him outnumbered.
The team should be careful of CSKA counter attack. |

Decent line up though we might suffer in creativity cos of the absence of Mata. Maybe Lingard to help check Musa runs.
Lingard now ahead of Depay. Good for Depay until he humbles himself and work hard.
Good luck to the team! |

pazienza: Arsenal had beaten a better Bayern team at Allianz Arena in the past. This current Bayern team is over rated.
If Wenger stays tactically ahead of Guardiola like he did today, field Cech as the keeper and maintain today's starting eleven at Allianz Arena. Arsenal will still win Bayern again.
They( Bayern) simply don't have the personnel to play the kind of possession football Guardiola is championing there.
Their midfield triad of Thiago-Alonso-Lahm / Vidal are not more talented than Carzola- Ozil-Coquelin Arsenal triad.
That will always tell on the match.
A fit and firing Robben will give them the edge, but fortunately for Arsenal, they don't have him. nah, the problem is not about the midfielders cos they controlled the game more and outpassed Arsenal's. The tactics you're talking about is simply Arsenal staying back and counter-attacking which they'd likely win Bayern with in the return leg cos Pep will always attack. |

stolid: Errm, I'm a prospective applicant like yourself but I do feel a 2.2 GPA for master's application is a long shot. Even if you have it evaluated and converted to a 4.0 scale, It would probably fall around a 2.5 of 4.0. I have yet to see a school with less than a 2.7 of 4.0 GPA requirement. My advise is that you go for a PGD here in Nigeria first, give it your best and try do graduate with a good GPA. It would help ameliorate the previous to an extent. You could then write the GRE, do well, and apply for a masters in very safe US schools afterwards. How did you do the above conversion |

SailorXY: he's the only guy who get dropped after a good performance. It's bullshit! He rarely has a bad game when fit, as a matter of fact I can count how many he's had on one hand since he arrived here. We all the reason ; 'cos my captain must play' philosophy. |

funlord:

“Some players cannot adapt to the team philosophy, That you cannot know in advance. You have to see that. Because you see a lot of qualities in a player, but he has to put that quality in service of your team.
That also happened with Ángel di María and Falcao, both great players but you have to fit in with the philosophy. Not only with "Memphis" but with every player that we have bought.
I have seen a lot of individual players today who are playing very good but that is also because the result is very good, but if I have to mention one name, I have to mention "Ander Herrera". He played very well and had a great contribution with the goals. It’s difficult to drop him now, but I can do it.”
Van gaal on sky sports!
Wtf? simply means Herrera would be dropped if he shows laxity after his good performance. He also praised his performance. Every player should sit up |

UniqueGem: I remember the night news broke that we signed one 19year old Anthony Martial for a whooping £36M, I think Dopejemi, Sailorxy and Sircumalot and elamps too were here that mid-night, of all the criticism the buy got, i kept saying things like "As long as he passes and shoots when required, he is a good player and better than the present rooney" elamps asked me if i ever watched him and i told him that "1 minute ago i never knew who Martial was, but now i can't live without him". I also insisted that for LVG to dish out such amout for a 19year old, there is surely something about him that we don't know. Kudos!! Anth Martial, more tricks to you bag. Make this youtube guy do fast upload, i wan watch Anthony Martial vs everton, and Martial vs coleman. He turned coleman into a low budget ivanovic in 90mins. he's good and I hope he continues to improve. Still lots of matches ahead to praise him so much now. |

GBR1: I'm surprised. He's not even on the bench. We have only one cover for our back four currently and it's should be more worrying than the winger's issue. I would have preferred Blind to start though over one of Jones or Rojo. The defence is OK to me. Not advisable to play Blind cos Everton is fast and strong just that with the lack of width we're likely to see pass pass and pass. Good luck to the team! |

Spy360: Brain Teaser
Assuming it is certain that Ancelotti will join the Premier League this season and coach one of the champions league clubs, which will it be? A. Man Utd B. Arsenal C. Man City D. Chelsea
Give reasons for your answer. (jokes apart) Arsene Wenger cos he has been in an unfruitful cycle for about 10 seasons now. That's if assnal need a change though. It's possible they need him to build a school for them and use it as an excuse. |
