Wilson won't keep him on the bench, that is clear. I believe van Gaal is trying to manage his return better this time to avoid a quick return to the physio. if he can be fit for the rest of our campaign, there's no reason he can't grab +16 goals.

There is nothing that we won`t read on this thread. How will a PLAYMAKER not be CREATIVE? How on earth will a person who makes so many passes and killer passes will not be creative? Making those rare and defence spliting passes make them creative.

Maybe they meant a holding MF/ deep-lying playmaker

Just saw the highlight. Our defence is a joke. The difference is we've a good GK and clinical attackers.

That Evans' pass to Sterling should be investigated how he curved the pass to find Sterling.

Mata's goal was a gift from the lines man but that's none of my bizness. Sturridge got a pen from a dive the last time we met.

to think carrick - a makeshift defender was our best defender today just tells you everything you need to know. van gaal should move jones, evans & smalling to crystal palace. we need 3 fit defenders. hummels, godin & strootman will do this january.

roma are out of champions league - strootman has no excuses now than to join us.

Hummels is injury prone. A player that can't stay fit in Bundesliga has no hope in EPL.

I'd pick Godin. He's the leader we lack.
