elampiro: Today's papers rumour- United to go for a third bid for Fab with 40m pounds.

Lol! Abeg must we sign Fab? Are we going to compel him into that?
The worse is if we couldn't get either Fab or Fellaini(due to his clause ).

Martino: Fab stays!
To whom shall we go to?

With u on dis. Let's see if there's a good breakfast.

Ogbeche77: Just reading that Nani to Monaco almost a done deal.. I hope this isn't true

While d@ gud 4 notin Young remains collecting 130k per week. Yet 2 see d reason behind his transfer to United.

Reports from Maca Spain: Bale has agreed 6yr deal with Madrid.

We should move for CR7 if true.

Our defence is a joke! Evra, Fabio n Clev are jokers! Young should be sold!

debosky: This is a clear example of Rooney’s grouse - that was sheer humiliation in my view. Why would you not play the energetic Welbeck in the chasing role, or even Anderson? You now take your most prolific CL forward and put him on marking duties? Someone considered the best English player of the current crop?

Ibra wouldn’t take that, CR7 wouldn’t take that, heck no Barca coach in his right mind would place Messi on such duties, neither would Chelski do the same with Didier. Yet y’all expect Rooney to take that type of treatment and lay low.

Fergie is very good @ playing players out of their normal positions. Which coach would play Giggs as a CM in EPL.

Think I'll manage Gustavo.

I see Fellaini as the last bus stop after all these smokes n mirrors.

But not official.

Ogbeche77: Hiddink ke? Barca has appointed a coach already

Who and source?

RuuDie: former Manchester United first-team coach Rene Meulensteen now manager of Anzhi after Hiddink steps down!

Likely Hiddink is going to Barca.

Barcelona daily Sport reports that Manchester United's latest bid of 35million euros (£30m) for Cesc Fabregas has been rejected by the Catalan club, who insist the midfielder is not for sale.

Sky Sports News' Kaveh Solhekol with an update on Wayne Rooney - the Manchester United striker, who is Chelsea's top summer transfer target is targeting the friendly at AIK Stockholm on August 6 for his comeback. He's working hard on his recovery from a hamstring injury and expects to play in Sweden in a fortnight's time.

montelik: what is this daily transfer update moyes is doing. talk when something concrete happens e.g when a bid is accepted or personal terms are agreed or better still wait until the deal is done.

D@ 1 he said 2day na news?.

Abeg Fellaini shouldn't be mentioned where Martinez is. Fellaini only performs when pushed forward but as a DM? No way!. He's average.

David Moyes on transfer situation: "I have no more updates so I couldn't give you anything positive or negative".

Nawa o!

Abeg not paired with Carrick o

Fellaini is not good as a CM or DM. Doesn't know how 2 tackle or pick good pass. Plays better when pushed forward. Not good enof 4 MU

And Moyes 1st goal scorer is Lingard.
Welbeck with a brace depite wasted chances.

Breaking News!!!

Welbeck scores

Better we go for Modric cos Fab is very unlikely.

I believe the statements from Wood and Moyes were made for Rooney to buckle up, perform better and earn his place, instead he prefers following the media and his advisors.

De said testimonial na so upload d@.

Well, let's see why Wood rushed back to O.T. Heard it's non-Rooney related issue but for an incomin transfer. Would be over the moon if it's Fab or Bale

coded guy: BALE!!!

Not easy doin business wit that shrewd man, Levy. He'll ensure he milked us.

United poised for business

Chief executive Ed Woodward has left Manchester United's tour of Australia early to carry out urgent transfer business - with Sky Sports understanding the deal involves a player arriving at Old Trafford.

Although it is unclear what deal Woodward is working on, he apparently told United officials of his immediate departure whilst they were at the State of Origin Rugby League match at ANZ Stadium.

Woodward was not at the game and is expected to return to Europe at some point on Thursday.

United have been linked with Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas, and have already had one bid turned down by the Spanish champions.

Everton duo Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini have also been strongly tipped to join their former boss David Moyes at United - with the Merseysiders already rebuffing one offer for Baines.

Woodward's sudden decision to return to Britain comes as speculation continues over the future of unsettled striker Wayne Rooney, with United rejecting an approach from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the past 24 hours.

He was due to return home on Sunday and his decision to cut short his trip to the Far East indicates the urgency of the situation requiring his attention.
