You can help us and at the same time facilitate things if you can calculate the quotaiton by yourself. In order to do that follow the below instruction.

1.) Check the link of the product you want to purchase on aliexpress.
2.) Scroll down the page and you will see "Packing Details"
3.) You will see the weight of the product on the place
4.) Multiple the weight with the quantity of item you want to purchase.

In other to be safe, always add 0.2 to the item weight you want to calculate because from experience, it shows that most sellers don't include the weight of the box when measuring.

From the information we heard, the issue will be resolve between today and Monday. It won't affect your product. If your product is through express shipping, then you don't need to worry.If it is through normal, you also don't need to worry because by the time your product reach Nigeria, the case might have been solve by then

Your product isn't affected by Nahco issue. Your product is already in China but we haven't received it yet because people in charge haven't notify us. We are working on it and estimate that all should be well between tomorrow and Monday.

Iykecollins: My calculations is based on when I made the purchases on aliexpress to the extent that ae constantly remind me to remind me to confirm my acceptance and give a seller feedback without me having received the items, and u sent me a message on 24th august not 28th that I wil receive my goods between 10 to 14days afterwards and if u check i started disturbing after the 14days elapsed. Anyway I have read about the NAHCO issue and I hope it gets resolved quickly cos boys whom their goods are trapped are not smiling.

Did the supplier give you the tracking number. We need to know the tracking number and shipping company the supplier used to send the product to us.

NAHCO and SAHCOL have issues with the Customs OgaAtTheTop. So its a total lockdown. Nothing goes in or out until new "agreements" are reached.

Alibaba is mainly for companies. You will notices that most of the prices there is not specific i.e $2.3-$5 or $0.1-$1.5, etc. You need to contact the supplier first. Everything else depends on what the supplier told you. Sometimes they might refer you to their aliexpress or taobao shop.

It is also important to understand that contacting the supplier is like contacting all supplier of the same product on alibaba because immediately you send one email to the supplier, you keep receiving emails from other supplier advertising that same product to you. I wonder how they shear the email

NigeriaKitchen: The seller we purchased things from in China has been a close client..we have been doing business with them for sometime now, and they do deliver via Fedex but someone recommended we try your company and we did but it ended up terrible!!

If you ship goods in China using SF Express, it takes just 2 days, at most 3 to get to its destination in China, and that was the courier service our Chinese seller used in shipping our items to your Chinese address and 2 days later, the seller told me that it has been delivered to your company address in China, we also tracked it using SF Express online tracking and it showed that your company has received our goods.

But guess what Your company kept denying that they have received our goods even after so many days of pestering your company with emails, sms and calls, is that how to handle a customer

It was after I sent your company a threatening message, that was after we contacted our lawyer, that your company then replied us that they have received our goods last week friday.

I made a withdrawal request since monday 26th august and haven't gotten my money even though you were quick enough to deduct your N100 fee.

You later sent me a mail saying my money will rather be paid into my gtb account on thursday 5th sept. How To Use CVM service and still make use of Free Shipping On Aliexpress

If you have been using free shipping on aliexpress and the supplier send your post through China Post or HongKong Post, you have to agree with me that sometimes it takes between 2weeks to 60days before you can receive the item. The good news is that you can now receive the product without even paying CVM any service fee or shipping fee.

You might wonder how is this possible. The truth is that there is nothing like free shipping. The supplier pays China Post or Hong Kong post to send your item. This means that the seller is either collecting the money from you or from somewhere but that is not the case here, the focus here is how make use of your free shipping and still receive the order on time without paying an additional fee or afraid of losing your goods on transit.

Here is what you should do; when ordering the product, the seller will ask you to choose China Post or Hongkong Post or any other post service, ask the seller to send the product to us. The seller will pay for the shipping fee to Lagos and also our service charge. We won't charge you any money. Our job is to delivery the product to you.

For those living outside Lagos, the seller also covers the shipping fee from Lagos to your destination. The next question you might ask is, can the seller agree? The answer is that it all depends on the weight of the product you purchase. Most sellers will agree because it is more cheaper for them
