Initially we used to help customer negotiate price but noticed that the process is time killer. This is because you have wait for us to give you feedback and the supplier also wait for us to tell him/her if the customer will purchase the item or not. It delays Your Time, Our Time, and Supplier's time.

Besides, if we give you price you might not be satisfy with it which means we have to start the negotiation again or start looking for another manufacturer. But if you contact the supplier by yourself, you can conclude the business with him/her immediately

Before we send the product for free to you, the seller/supplier has to agree with our shipping charge. You need to ask the supplier to contact Elena and ask Elena for price quotation, once your supplier agree, the product will be send to our China office and we will send it to you. Depending on how many days it will take to reach Kano, it depends on the method of shipping the seller wants to use and the time the product reach our office.

As for why you should choose us over China/HongKong post, personally I think it is speed especially when your supplier use express shipping, you will receive it within 3-4days from the time we ship it from China and there is no clearance issue when you purchase in bulk

nzeasa: @chrisvicmall, can you offer discount below 10usd for goods for goods above 50kg using express shipping. i understand that the min weight acceptable for air cargo is 45kg. and also the higher the weight the lower the price.

Currently in express shipping, there is no discount. If the item you are shipping contains no battery for example cloths, we would recommend that you use normal shipping. You will receive it within the period of 7days instead of the 10-14days

1. If a seller agrees to ship a product weighing 30KG and above using free shipping and I ask them to send it to your office,would you charge me any fees to ship it to Nigeria taking the weight into consideration OR still ship it to Nigeria for FREE?

If the seller agrees to cover the payment, if through normal shipping, you receive it at our Alaba office but if through express you have the choice of receiving it either at airport or alaba office. Either normal shipping or express shipping depends on your agreement with the seller. Some sellers in order to cut cost , decide to use normal shipping why some decide to use express. If the product are to be send outside Lagos, shipping it to your location is still free shipping. Like I said earlier, everything depends on the seller.The product will still be send on Friday/Saturday

Agents have union. One agent cannot be a lone wolf. I believe Victor has try to explain to you and I hope you can understand and have the patience. It is sad that people in charge lock down for 10days and still want the importers to pay demurrage for the period of closure. It is like NEPA bringing bill to you when there has been 2months blackout. If you have the power to retaliate, I believe you will insist that you won't pay that bill. Good day Dehley, first I would like to apologize for the frustration and disappointment as a result of the recent NAHCO issue. If we have the power to avoid the issue we would have done that but we have to admit that there are some things that are beyond our control and this type of issue is one of them. Though NAHCO has started operating again , it will take sometime for the products to be cleared. Our clearing agent is assuring us that clearance will be completed this week but taken into consideration of the amount of product that enter into Nigeria each day and the number of days NAHCO was close down, personally I don't think that all products will be cleared immediately. It will take a few days( personally I am hoping it should be cleared this week).

Regarding to your comments that you regret transacting business with us that we have been a thorn in the flesh, I understand that out of frustration we might say something which we are not meant to say. You placed your order on 10:03p.m Wednesday 21st of August(which is 6:03a.m Thursday 22nd of August in China) and your product was shipped on 28th of August. From estimate you should receive the product between 7th to 11th of September but unfortunately the NAHCO issue started on 4th of September.

What we are asking you is patience. Understand that a situation like this, three parties are not happy i.e You, We and Clearing Agent. The customs don't care about our feelings otherwise they would have put it into consideration and notify everyone before the immediate shut down. Hope you can understand.

Do you have the phone numbers of the suppliers? Besides, in order not to delay your time while you wait on us for calculation, you can do it yourself by following the below instruction.

1.) Add the product(s) you want to purchase to cart but before adding them to cart, make sure that you copy the weight of the item. You can find the weight of each item when you scroll down the page of the product, you will see "Packing Details". The weight of the item is below it. If you are purchasing more than one piece or lot of any item, multiple the weight with the quantity you are purchasing

2.) After adding the products to cart, click on view cart and check the total price. Some product might have shipping fee on it. Ignore the shipping fee on the page. Just focus on the price alone.

3.) Multiply the weight by the amount of shipping fee i.e either 13dollar for express and $10 for normal

4.) Add the service charge to it

Since you are just purchasing for sample, the supplier should allow you to purchase only one piece. Insist on one piece unless if their minimum is 2 pieces

I was made to understand that customs had resolved the issue concerning NAHCO and SAHCOL but your agents in Lagos are denying this fact. Please when am I getting my goods as I am already planning to take another step of action if nothing is done.

We would highly appreciate if you can tell us the day the issue was solved, the person that gave you the information. You can send it to our email so that we can contact the person directly.

Supposing that the issue has been cleared as claimed here (http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/customs-re-opens-nahco-sahcol-warehouses/158908/), it is almost impossible for you to receive the goods the same day. There should be some sort of clearance, repacking and other things. If the news is correct, then from estimate your product should be ready any moment from next week
