Iwobi on merit does not deserve to be on team A
Believe it or not, Iwobi is the most creative midfielder we have in SE currently. He may not be the workaholic type but he is a talented boy.

the sentiment of lampard is just too much no coach makes progress like this at all.

He knows he is a rockie and he choose to be unfortunate.
I'm not surprised, I cant remember any top English coach so his case wont be different.
The thing is, Abrahimovic doesn't have that zest he had in the past, probably because of the visa denial brouhaha.
Lampard is the most fortunate coach in Abrahimovic's era.

Chelsea offering kepa and 30 million for Oblak

Chelsea are fools ,kepa isn’t worth 70 million ,they better offer kepa and 80 million

Am glad Bilbao scammed them grin
I admit that Kepa is not worth that 70 mil we spent in getting him but will never admit that Chelsea's poor form is solely down to Kepa. Which is by the way the message Lampard is trying to pass across.

Lampard is part of the reason that boy performed poorly cuz he makes poor team selection week in week out and he would never take the blame for that. If as a goalkeeper you are not protected by your defender, you will concede more than usual.

He is thesame Kepa that helped us win the europa last year. I just pray he rediscovers his form to shame that sentimental Lampard. And sort out his personal issues too.

As for Lampard, he should bring on same energy he used in dropping him to the bench for the underperforming English guys. Rubbish.

XI if we were to play today
in my opinion, Ajayi is generally a better CB than Omeruo so I will put him in there. Ndidi for Etebo and Iwobi for Iheanacho.

can osimhen reach the levels a Drogba reached?
He will be lucky to have half the status drogba attained
What kind of black bile is this? Sorry to ask, did Osimhen stop you from becoming someone in life cuz I dont understand why someone would have much hatred for that promising young chap.

Drogba is not the first and wouldn't be the last to achieve things. Other people did way more than him in the past and some others are currently playing more than him so I dont get your point.

We have a promising kid coming up and all he needs from us is to support him and not to pull him down.

Dammit!

I don't really understand this argument about Osimhen and Haaland going on here. While I believe that Haaland is phenomenal, I also think that Osimhen is exceptional. The former has a bit of an edge at the moment cuz he plays in a more compact and talented team than the later. Both are great finishers in my opinion.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Chelsea Vs Manchester United (0 - 2) On 17th February 2020 by chucs: 11:51pm On Feb 17, 2020
Lampard is a bin coach. Championship coach and never should have been given the chance to manage a big club like Chelsea.

Zero tactical inputs, lack of ability to read matches and full of sentiments. Little wonder why English men don't make top coaches. He is a typical British and the British media would never attack him the way they would have attacked other manager from another country.

It must be said that Lampard is the worst manager Chelsea have had in the Abrahimovic era and he still has the hope of being in the dogout for the next match.
UNBELIEVABLE!

Abeg Pa Rohr should call up Dessers and leave those that have retired to enjoy their retirement. With Osimhen and Dessers, the future is indeed bright.

Both should stay retired. They have done their best for the country no doubt. Moreso, they can't play forever. The opportunity should be given to the younger ones instead.
SportsRe: Rohr: I’ll Bring Back Ighalo To Eagles by chucs: 4:13pm On Feb 04, 2020
Is like something is paining this Mr Rohr in the head? He is never thinking progressively. Always on the conservative side. We have exciting young players that he can mould to become world betters in the nearest future.

Leave Ighalo to enjoy his retirement, he has done great for the country and himself Mr. Rohr.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Leicester City Vs Chelsea (2 - 2) On 1st February 2020 by chucs: 4:25pm On Feb 01, 2020
To be very honest, from what I see at the moment, Lampard is not for the future. He has a parochial mindset and people with such mindset dont go far.

Dont get me wrong, he was a great player but a mediocre coach. His lapses are becoming glaring game after game.

Please for people saying we have college boys, dont we have experienced guys aswell? Why make the team less competitive by shutting out some people?

Look at Abraham, he was good in the beginning of the season fine, but he has been consistently poor but Lampard will play him week in week out. Everyone knows that Kovacic is the best Chelsea player this season but Lampard will play Mount instead. Had it not been for the pressure from the fans, Pulisic would have been a forgotten player.

Please enough of the useless excuses, Chelsea is a top team not a grooming team and definitely not an extension of English national team.

A good coach should be dynamic with his team. The intensity is definitely not thesame from beginning of the season till the end so we shouldn't duel so much in the past that this player did well in the beginning of the season and continue to field him even though he isnt doing well at the moment.

My take.

Lampard is a typical example why top English coaches are difficult to come by. They are always full of sentiments. Sign players no, u wouldn't want them to come and overshadow mount, Abraham and co. Very pissed with Lampard these days and his trash lineups.

Maybe but is he better than Willian?

Chuks needs a manager to smoothen his rough edges though and Lampard isn't bad at that seeing the no of youngsters he has given first team opportunities
To be frank, I wouldn't want him to come to Chelsea as at the moment.

Yes Lampard gives young lads opportunity but he is a typical British. He would rather play CHO or Mount week in week out.

Lampard has such a huge squad but he narrowed it down to few individuals.

I don't know what anyone else thinks but I don't think Chukwueze's move to Liverpool will be good for him. We don't want another Mancity-Iheanacho-like episode.

Chukwueze has a better chance in clubs like Manu and Arsenal. Cos to me he is better than all those our Saka and Nelson.
You are very correct. Manu or Arsenal need Chukwueze more than other top PL clubs. But will sentiment allow them broaden their search for players like him? I doubt.
