is engine nmbr still in use?
anyway none of my cars get am.
I believe the VIN is enuf identification for a car. but some of our friends (police) at the highway will wanna hussle some cash off u for no reason.

Benz 280T (SW), i6 engine. warri Asaba road. can't remember the date but was definitely before year 2000.

P'mp ur ride up with any wheel and tyre u want. just don't over speed. and be cautious with potholes.


the car won't last forever even if u follow factory recommendations. so enjoy the one u have now.

For those asking about cost, it depends on how far you want to go so it can cost from as little as N5000 to N100m. I personally like the feel and look of 'old' cars with upgraded engines and interiors, especially SUVs. Has anyone noticed how good the first generation G-wagons, and Land Cruisers look? Then imagine them wearing new rubber and upgraded interiors and exhaust systems..then add diesel engines to the mix and you have monsters that will go almost anywhere, especially where other cars just dream about
For the record, i am a land rover man, and i feel the most rugged and beautiful land rover ever created is the land rover defender; it also remains the most 'pimpable' SUV (along with the jeep wrangler) on the planet! If you want to enjoy these SUVs, go diesel!

I really wonder why the defender is not enjoying much love and tuning like the G-wagon

it's simple, take them to court. ur mom will be charged for breaking and entry which is chicken change and the tenant will be made to pay their eleven months rent.

Nice pieces of info and exactly what caused my accident on my way going to Ekiti from Lagos. Front tyre busted on Ilesha road due too much pressure with what vulcanizer pump before i commence on the journey. It was a crazy experience and i thank God for gift of life.

I bought this Honda 2003 not quite long ago, but wished I had gotten the corrola. The Honda is beautiful in and out, and spacious, but I did not do my research properly. Go for the Toyota.

Bros maybe u bought a faulty car. Eod is a very good car. I had a v6 03. it was da bomb and never disappointed me. corolla is more economical and quite rugged but the comfort and movement of the accord aka Eod is a thousand times better.

(1) service ur car timely and with the specified oil. to be sure of timely servicing you can calculate the mileage from ur last oil change by noting down the reading on ur odometer or u can also program the trip A/B and monitor it.

(2) do not let it out level cross the full mark on the gauge (over gauge)

(3) mind the distance u do with ur car based on the engine capacity. E.g a 1.3 liter traveling long distances frequently on air conditioner may not last up to a v6 3.0 engine doing same (all cars are not the same though).

(4) always allow ur engine to run for about 5mins (warming) when u start on a new day.
