Anybody who read the story would know the girl is a big liar. The story doesnt add up. The guy soaked her clothes in water and snapped her nude and even recorded a video. Lies. Did he force the clothes off her body? She just came to his house, quietly watched him remove her clothes including pant if she wore any, then soaked them. Note she visited him. She also claimed she gave him 18k to buy a phone for her. Why would anyone give a cobbler money to buy phone. Is he a phone seller? How will a graduate give a cobbler money to buy phone for her. This is love affair gone wrong and she decided to frame him up. everything was consensual

So why did Uzodimma lose at the tribunal and appeal courts?
he was distant 3rd then. No judgements then from supreme court on uche nwosu
Politics › Re: Anxiety As Supreme Court Rules On Imo Gov Monday by chukel(m): 7:48am On Jan 13, 2020
Studying the previous judgements by the supreme court on imo state, they may have paved way for hope uzodinmma. For those saying APC came a distant 3rd, with the elimination of AA by supreme court judgement, APC automatically comes 2nd. Uche nwosu cannot say he is the true candidate of APC cos he stood on the platform of AA during the last election and as such supreme court disqualified him for double standard. So he cannot even lay claim to APC flag. He stands disqualified from anything concerning last election. Ihedioha on the other hand got majority of the votes but didn't get the spread to be declared winner. Hope didn't get the majority but got the spread. He is also claiming some polling units where he convincingly won were excluded. If he gets the nodding of the supreme court on that, he becomes the governor today. But it will be tough.

Good to learn that you have joined the Bimmer family.
ok. I think I was prevailed on to ask the mods to delete as he refunded up to 95% of the money. Can't even remember the details. But I think nairalnders intervened since he apologised and decided to pay. However he never completed that payment. I think what was left was 15k or so. So I let everything go. But, why can't I view the thread.

Lol. I am using my second E46 with a manual transmission. Looking for one with automatic transmission to add to my collection. I have used an E39 in the past (great car, I still miss her). I have also used an E36 in the past. Trust me, I know what to watch out for before committing my cash. But you are right, there is nothing like owning a well maintained foreign used BMW car.

By the way, I went through your threads and found the following about the rogue clearing agent,

https://www.nairaland.com/4486743/fraud-horrible-experience-saintjoel-jelad

Why were the threads hidden?

****Modified****

I have read through the threads, why did you ask that they be hidden/deleted? The rogue clearing agent will continue to defraud unsuspecting clients (I see that other members accused him of fraud too on the thread).
I can't remember asking mods to hide them. Unless it was part of the intervention by people. Can't even remember the thread. I have moved on. I have a very reliable agent now. Meanwhile I joined the BMW family last year. E60 is a beautiful piece. Happy with the car. No Xmas light whatsoever.
Modified: just clicked on the thread. Never knew it was deleted. Never requested for that o. I never did. Now I believe nairaland encourages fraud

I doubt your position because I can't remember leaving a party after failing to get their nomination being illegal in this country.

Samuel Ortom of Benue became gov of Benue after decamping to APC when he didn't get PDP ticket.

Olusegun Mimiko, the former gov of Ondo also became gov after he left PDP go LP when he didn't get the ticket.

What Supreme court ruled on was that he won the nomination of a factional congress, which the Supreme court seems to have recognized as authentic.

Again, when Nwosu was returning to APC after he lost at the Supreme court, he also made a statement to that effect.

Maybe I'm wrong anyway.
at the bolded. Supreme court didn't recognise any faction. That wasn't part of the prayer. But for him to insist he won nomination of a faction of APC means he was a member of APC and at the same time claiming to be candidate of AA. You can't belong to 2 political parties. Go and read the judgement.

Mechie onu gi and stop decieving urself....
The ruling was that he had double nomination.i.e he was nominated by APC and AA as flagbearer ...which nullified his candidacy and votes..
goat. Are we not saying the same thing. Just because your head is filled with insults, you couldn't comprehend. Being the candidate of APC means he was the flagbearer. Being a candidate of the APC simply means he was just one of the nominees. Sense, you don't have. Anu ohia.
Supreme court didn't affirm him the candidate of APC. That wasn't his prayer in the court. Supreme nullified his candidacy cos he belonged to 2 political parties at the time of election. He was a nominee in APC and the candidate in AA. Better put, he was a candidate in APC and the candidate in AA. Go to school. Mba. Only to come here with empty skull.

Supreme court already ruled that Uche Nwosu was the candidate of APC in last election.

On whose platform is Hope Uzodimma litigating at the Supreme court?

And from the facts of the case I've read, the prayer of Uzodimma is for Supreme court to order a rerun and not that he be declared gov.

Now, as things stand today, does anyone think if rerun is ordered in IMO, Ihedioha will lose?
wrong. The ruling was that uche nwosu was a candidate in APC. Not the candidate.

out of the 3 mentioned, I will go for 06 avalon limited if it were my choice. I've had one 6yrs now. No issues. Still clean as toks. Only downside is the cracking dashboard which I don't see in all avalon. It's very reliable. To me, it has good fuel economy.

Stay away from Avalon its problems comes up every quarter

All you need is let the seller follow you to the bank, make a counter transfer and acknowledge the receipt of transfer from the bank, ask him if he got alert if he says no, follow him to his bank to confirm

But tell him this before payment and don't go alone, go with someone incase he starts behaving funny after transaction

My friend, once you have something you are doing that gives you income, no matter how small, you are employed. Underemployment is another issue altogether. Check the meaning of employment and unemployment.

Pls lets put sentiment aside as we are returning home this season. kindly take a look at the work that Buhari has done so far in Igbo land and report here. Its an infrastructural assessment.

1. For me i observe serious reconstruction of roads from Umuahia to Enugu,

2. Another serious road work ongoing from Enugu to Anambra.

3. Serious work on second Nigeria is going on too.

Jonathan spent almost six years in power without working seriously on these projects but Buhari came and today we can see big progress being made on the various projects.
Pls nobody should abuse the president here pls. Just comment decently. thanks.

i will post more as i travel from one part of Igbo land to the other
God bless you for being truthful and objective.
