Thank you @Judgement for your response.please i have another question. my visa will be cancelled on arrival? i have been waiting for this for 3 years fswp 2014 and im currently doing an mba in the uk. i have till june but i wont be free till september next year and before june is my most busy time. i had planned to go and stay with a friend and be back in january but my friend said it wont be long enough for my pr. can he post it to me?

or can i explain im doing a masters and have it expedited? i cant lose this as i will be going there after my masters.

hi guys. i got my passport back alongside my wife. we both have pr certificate but the visa is on my passport only. shes a british citizen and owns a british passport. is this why? or do i need to send her passport back to ghana?

secondly i have filled the online form for that category, not yet submitted. i found also another form online appendix 2 of vaf4a. Do i need to fill that as well? Does my spouse need to send anything from her end direct to sheffield as shes given me most of the documents?

Also I borrowed my mum 1 million from my money and she returned it 3 and 2 months ago in 500 each. Is there any need going out out my way to explain this or can she just write a letter perhaps an affidavit saying it's returning a loan as her name showing the same surname shows on the narration.

With the gladdest heart, I announce the arrival of the much-awaited e-mail containing a PER; just when I planned calling the CIO to try and get my UCI.

Timeline:
1. Application received at the CIO on the 14th of October,2014.
2. DD was en-cashed on the 18th of December, 2014.
3. PER on the 19th of January, 2015.

@Chukky77....dont mind this Nigerian banks with their unqualified staff that knows nothing about banking....if they want to let you know they will..how did others get to know from their banks?..my consultant lawyer went to the bank and confirmed the DD was cashed cos he raised it with the bank....when did you submit your application and when was it received?i will advise you place a call to CIC and ask for your UCI number so that you use it to check your ECAS sta[b][/b]tus

i was so shocked when they told me that. please aside from those using lawyer can anyone tell me how they checked their DD to see if it has been cashed short of calling? it seems it should be pretty routine if so many people have done it.

2. do I put the CAD draft in the application. what about tampering- cant it be used by anyone who gets his hand on it in transit?

3. whats the delivery time by dhl, ups

4.do I clip each form separately or should I just leave all the forms as one stack of papers?
