Looks like a Tibetan spaniel, though I'm not so sure because I didn't get the picture of the dog at a standing position to be able to ascertain the true breed

Not at all, it's a pure table egg which even if, per adventure, it happens that a broody hen sat over it or it was placed in an incubator, during the embryonic stage, the embryo dies at an early stage during formation

That's happening here too.

The eggs for sure will be fertilized but you need to crack at least one or more to be sure they are not double yoked.
NB: mind you that neither of the broiler nor the noilers can go broody but in a rare occasion, the noilers do; you just have to look for a laying local hen and pass the eggs to it for the purpose of incubation.
