When i installed the frequency it showed green but didn't pop out!then i saw on t.v screen upgrading then light went off!

My mbc 3 is now red but zimbo is showing and even 12.015 v 29.950 whats the problem?and also if i input 12.605 v 29.950 it won't be steady green which makes it hard 4 it 2 get channel'i nid help pls'
