Please house, if you are scheduling a Passport submission appointment with VFS for a family group of 4. Does it imply that only one applicant that the appointment will be scheduled on? The note on the VFS appointment page says “maximum 1 applicants can be added for group appointment” and the site doesn’t allow me to add additional applicants unlike when applicant is scheduling for Biometrics appointment.

Try resend the otp cos it doesn't come on time. By the time it finally arrives, it would have expired. Check your mail and keep refreshing it after re-sending cos vfs otp may never come to your phone. Cheers!

Thank you. I have done that several times without luck. Even the site had to temporarily suspend my alc for a few mins. VFS call helpline never goes through.

But why your application com tey like dis naw. You get 5 years usa valid visa. Could it be that your wifey and kids didn't hold US visa as you did?

They all hold US valid visas. I guess maybe because we were refused in 2020, that could be the only reason I can think of that caused the long processing time.

- USA 5yrs valid visa
-UK Valid visa
-Schengen valid visa
-Property documents
-Euro alc statement
-USD alc statement
-6months naira alc statement with a closing bal of about 100m or so
-Business registration documents for myself and wife
- 2 Hotel reservations
-CAD 36k available for spend for a family of 5.
- Business Partnership documents

Please can anyone guide me on how to schedule VFS Passport submission appointment. I have tried several times but I haven’t gone pass the OTP verification stage. Don’t know if it’s a system error or something. My time is ticking cos I have received this passport request since the 16th of April.

I used dollar, GBP and Euro Mastercards from UBA without luck. Had to try with Access local card, yet same issue. I’m confused now.

This has been my challenge since yesterday. I have tried all the Cards I have without luck. Don’t know if it’s a technical issue

Hello house. Please how does one pay for the TRV application fees online. I tried with my naira debit ms card but it was declined twice. I am not new to this process but I have not renewed in a long while. I paid with my debit naira ms card back then without hitches. Thank you all.

Please has anybody had this problem of not being able to pay online for the visa fees and biometrics? My dollar, Euro, and GBP Mastercards are all declining.

Please house, those that paid their visa fees how were you guys able to pull through? The site keeps declining my Mastercard transaction.

Hello house, please the Visa Officers is there any other way they can read compressed PDF document? When I use their specification to resize my document for the 2MB file limit, I can’t properly read it from my end because the characters are not legible.

Hello House, I’m scanning and uploading documents on the portal for visitor visa. On the section where it says “Employment Letter (Current)” I notice that they are asking for a Canadian employment letter maybe for those applying for a work visa. I don’t know if I should upload my local(Nigeria) employment letter/business documents under this section as the space for additional documents would not take other documents which I intend to upload like accounts statement and property documents because of the 2MB file limit.

Hello house, please I’m applying for TRV for myself and family, wife and 2 kids- the other child was born in America and doesn’t need a visa. Using the new online visa portal, do I still need to fill visa form for every member of the family? Again, traveling with a family of 5 and I have stated having 30,000CAD for a period of 3weeks stay, is this amount okay? It doesn’t mean the money will be exhausted I just don’t know how things are there.

I’m not sure if anyone has had my experience with filling TRV form. I have been able to download the form but I can’t type on it. Is there any other way to edit? I can open form with Adobe but I can’t fill in my details. Is there anything I’m doing wrong?

Please I will appreciate your guide on how to make a family Visitor application-Paper. The forms I have downloaded online are just not responding. I want to make a Paper application.

Download how? Go to start application after you don create account with log in name and password, and begin fill your application, yoi can save and exit application if u are tired to.continue again,which one is download again?

I have tried to download the Canada Visitor Visa Application Form and Family Information Form so I can fill. Unfortunately, the downloaded forms are not just allowing me to type on it, and I’m confused on how I can find my way around it. Please, if anyone has the current version of these forms kindly help.
