There is no way you can completely drain the water if not heated up especially when the water is so deep that it has reached the motherboard.

Hmm, that's not true. In fact heating it can be dangerous, because liquid content can cause components to burn if it is not completely drained. U didn't mention washing the board with spirit and applying paste before heating. Just heating a board without taking precautions is not proper.

Take it to an engineer. Let them unscrew and heat it

It's not necessary to heat it up. Draining the water is the first tin b4 any further attempt.
