I think, the nysc should be the one you contact not school cos, there is no way nysc will approve upload of your details without u having a Jamb reg num.

Chumaster,can u edit picture in photoshop ? if yes.All u need do is to remove the background from the passport.Then download an off white background from Google.Open Corel draw paste the off white background and import your edited passport.Drag and fit it into the off white background,then save.Open with Microsoft picture editor and crop to less than 15kb and not less than 7kb.Click on compress and view in document ,email,website to see which one is within the range of the required size.Then you can upload.

I dnt have the soft copy, I think, I'l wear the same shirt that I used in the former and snap another but this time, with a good camera phone and edit it and even do the uploading myself
