Job Brief
Havina Foods Limited needs a warehouse supervisor to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The responsibilities include storing products, picking, packing and taking appropriate stock count. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.
Responsibilities
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Receive and process warehouse stock products
• Daily measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities
• Receive inventories, record and manage the expiry dates of products
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report discrepancies to management
• Communicate and cooperate with manger, supervisors and co-workers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices with management approval
Requirements
• National Diploma
• Proven Work experience as a stock keeper
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems, show willingness to learn and upgrade in inventory management
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift, carry and arrange cases (crates and cans) both empties and fulls
Conditions
Work Hours/Days: 7:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: N40,000
Probation: One month (Only for capability of the employee to satisfactory execute the job description).

1) Pls how long is the maternity leave in your office or Establishment.
2) Pls during the leave, are you entitled to all the allowances as per your salary or is there any subtraction or addition?
3) Pls after the leave, when you final resume work, do you resume and also close with other colleagues?
4) pls do you have medicals in your Establishment? If yes, does it include you Delivery, or do sponsor it yourself?

From what I read in your post, you are not happy with RCCG. otherwise, why will you be stressing on the church to the extend of saying "that the person that said that RCCG is taught to obey their leaders" is the only person that understands you?
Nobody is forcing you to do all these. I suppose you are an adult and should take responsibility of your actions. I suppose you did your Membership class and you understood the way things work. I suppose you have Elders in the church that you can approach other than paint RCCG black, what impression are you creating? Do you think that God will be happy with you? You said you are a born-again, but how come do you seek counsel from unbelievers?
Pls go and meet your Elders, Deacons or Good Women or even Excellent men and confide in just one person. RCCG is not a personal church that belongs to your pastor and as such, he is still subject to correction when he errs.

Victims are often subjected to physical and psychological torture. In addition, in many instances, there is a threat of physical harm to their relatives in their country of origin. Effectively trapped, they are forced to work under brutal and inhuman conditions.
Most victims who are trafficked are isolated and remain undetected by the public because:
• The strategies used by the perpetrators isolate and prevent them from coming forward, and
• The public and the victim service providers have only recently become aware of human trafficking and may not be familiar with how to recognize or respond to trafficking victims.

Baby Switching

Please Pregnant women be at alert over baby switching Nurses, Try and make sure your relative is around with in the hospital before you give birth. And see your baby before the Nurses takes her out for dressing. Not only seeing, please observe the baby very well.

For you women that are not comfortable with the sex or child the Lord has given you, pleases don’t cause others the pains of paying a wicked Nurse to switch baby for you. Is too bad. Baby is baby, so please be satisfied with the one God gave you because he gave him/her to you for a purpose other wise please go and adopt the sex you are looking for from the motherless baby.

For Nurses, it is against the ethics of your profession to do that. Stop it and don’t encourage it. Be warned. though baby switching can be accidental, but please be more careful as to avoid it. Is just like given a patient some body's medical test result. Avoid it in all possible means.

QUESTION: How will you feel if you baby is switched or if you grow up and event unfolded only for you to find out that you were switched. What is your Opinion about Baby Switching?  And how can it be stopped or avoided.

You see our mentality, If you believe in GOD and that he is the source of your wealth and income, then why think twice about paying tithe? He gave you everything that no man can give you, yet just one tenth out of what he gave you that you are questioning?

In employment, companies in River State gives you people preferential treat, not as if some of you are well qualified, yet you won’t allow peace to reign. What have your Governors that are from your place done for you yet he receives money to develop the state, you all know your state politicians squander your money and has refused to fight them instead you fight the wrong people.

I bet you, if only you can get hold of your governor and the state politicians to do their work, Rivers State will be better than NY. Look at Peter Odili, what did he do? He shared money here and there and yet you militants can not lay hold of him. Most roads are in bad shape in PH is because the contract are awarded to the indigenes who pockets the money yet you all knows the truth and refuse to fight for the truth. They give you people scholarships here and there even to study abroad, yet you can not leave up to the responsibilities, why abroad on school you people still for militants, go to your secondary schools and see how cult is dominating there at that stage.
