When you got to tls immediately you should have told them you paid for 2services and request for refund for the priority . As it is , you need to go back to tls and make a complain because they barely reply mails .

I actually asked a staff there and he said I should login and request for refund and that it’s a simple process but when I logged in I didn’t see any option for that

I also paid for assisted but ended uploading my documents myself in a cyber,can I also request for the 11k refund?? Is it possible please??
