The Senator representing Katsina North Central District, Engineer Mustapha Bukar is dead.

The Senator, also known as Madawakin Daura, reportedly died Wednesday morning in Abuja.

The late Senator’s personal assistant, Ahmed Daura, posted the news of his principal’s death on his Facebook page early Wednesday morning.

Details surrounding the death and burial arrangements were still unfolding as of the time of this report.
