Go to their office in PH but before going send them a mail informing them of your issues and if possible mail them your award letter.
They should reply you once it is received.
I do hop you are not on Total, Chevron or Agbami award's.

Gynaecology is an area of specialization in the field of Medicine. Your friend will have to study MBBS first. It is then after medical school that he can go for a residency programme in Gynaecology (usually Obstetrics and Gynaecology). Passing primaries(exam that qualifies one for residency) is a prerequisite for residency training.
