InvestmentTrading Shares On NSE Right From Your Home by Ciaman(op): 9:33am On Jan 07, 2008
I heard that One can trade directly and personally from his/her home through the Nigerian Stock Exchange website after getting a password from the NSE. What proccess does one need take to make this possible. We need to share idea about this as this will help us to trade individually instead of going through the stress of stockbroker, you can buy and sell same day which translates to making profit everydayhuh Happy Contribution.
BusinessRe: 3 Sinful Stocks, can U Take The Risky? by Ciaman: 8:36am On Jan 07, 2008

InvestmentRe: Minimum Of =n=200,000 To Have A Cscs Account Starting From 1 Jan 2008 by Ciaman: 10:20am On Jan 05, 2008
I am not commenting on the mininum of 200k but I am commenting on some people here who just insult contributors. I want us to know that there is SENSE in NONSENSE. If you remove the NON from NONSENSE it gives SENSE. Its very bad to just insult contributors as a way of critizing. Sometimes I wonder if some people go to school and learn to mix. I bet most of these people that rude unjustly will have problem with colleagues at work and even with their boss becos they always see themselves smarter than other or I better say I dont know the reason(s) they have to do this. I am not saying criticism is not good but you have to criticize in a better and matured way. This is a forum and anything revelant to this topic is welcomed and respected. Its left for you to decide if its good for you as a person or not. Please lets change our mentality towards criticism. Dont criticize rudely. God bless us all , REMEMBER, THERE IS SENSE IN NONSENSE.

InvestmentRe: Updates On Ibtc Shares by Ciaman: 9:05am On Jan 05, 2008
I must say IBTC released it result for 2006 on Aug. 10, 2007 and declared a dividend of 0.30k per unit but the payment date was annouced to be later. IBTC end of year is March which means you should expect IBTC 2007 End of the year result at months after March. However it has released two of its quarterly result to the public and it has 0.36k as it EPS for 2nd quaters but I must say you can expect capital appreciation and not likely bonus becos you need to remember its major shareholder is a South African bank and they dont just declare bonus like our nigerians entreprenuers do. Thats my own view anyway, Good luck
BusinessRe: Stocks That Might Grow Between 7th And 14th Of January? by Ciaman: 8:44am On Jan 05, 2008
Giving the time limit , I will suggest you keep your money becos of the time limit. If it was longer time limit, I would have advise you buy some stocks which I think they will appreciate in time to come soon. I must tell you you should likely expect a bearish run market from now till maybe the last week of January. Good luck
InvestmentRe: Looking For A Buyer For Your Shares? by Ciaman: 9:57pm On Dec 28, 2007
Hey , I love this discussion and I dont think there should be problem looking for a seller and buyer of shares here. Though I understand that Nigeria factors should be put into consideration especially when dealing online and with something that deals with money becos there are some people who pose to be real and reliable but mess up to be 419 at last but I know we can put heads together suggest ways to make shares trading on here work successfully without playing on anyone inteligent, without fraud. You asked me how??

Anyway this is my own contribution, Thank God CSCS has whats called SPECIAL ACCOUNT. Anyone who wishes to be buying here can open a special account. Any stockbroking firm can buy or sell off specal account. This forum can be achieved if people who wants to participate in this deal has Special Account with CSCS but you will only need to make a solid agreement on any transaction. You should let the appropriate authorities in the sellers stockbroking firm know about the deal, This type of deal needs more than Account officer awareness.
I think this is my contribution for now , I hope to see suggestions and reasonable critizism about my suggestion not words of abuse from some unfortunate people who rain abuses and never come up with any useful or meaningful suggestion(s) n forums like this.
