@Five O' Clock, What exactly was asked?? Gt sms for further interview today slated for April 2nd, and it was stated in d sms that I shld do my psychometric test thru a link in my inbox today, avnt gottn d link till now, kept checkng and checkn my mail..dunno what to do.

If you are feeling bad about the delay with UBN, Just remember, the Last UBN Entrants did their test in Feb. 2012, and got called for the Assessment Centre June 2013 ( 1year, 4months later).

The way I see things now, it's like Union Bank is discarding our own test with this new test they are conducting! Does anyone know when they advertised because I'm surprised that another test is coming up when nothing has been done about ours. Or is it possible that they need more people that is why they are conducting a fresh test so as to increase the number of people that will make it to their AC? Please, somebody who has an insider should try and help us confirm so that can know our next line of action. I pray that they dont discard our own test oooo else.....

I haven't though I know of some people who were contacted on this past Monday. Since it's been two weeks now, I intend going back on my own to see what's causing the delay so they know that we not here to sleep on bicycle, close marking nd follow up very important

i received an invite from workforce to come on thur for interview in port.i dont know if it is meant for union bank.they just said for bank interview

For Clarification:
1. Recruitment process- The stages & length of ur recruitment process depends largely on ur region, some may be faster while others may not, some may involve more stages while others may not. So when someone in the eastern region says he is waiting for medical, same may not apply to u.
2. Training- UBA Academy only invites to Banking school those whose names have been sent by their region & money already approved for their batch. The training is for 3wks, officially starts at 7:30am-6pm, breakfast & launch provided, 15k weekly allowance paid every Fridays, I ve earlier discussed on the dressing code, exams written at the end of training.
3. The offer- It is a 12months Graduate contract job, it was stated that its renewable ( ur dept depends on what u were interviewed for, some customer service, some IT etc), 990k p.a (net) means 82.5k monthly, entitle to annual leave, medical insurance, 13th month. The bank pays ur pension administrators & ur tax.
Your resumption will be either 1st or 15th whichever is closer to your passing out from training.

Someone should please help me answer this question. I am a graduate of finance and banking and currently working as a personal Assistant to the MD in a 3 star hotel. Banks usually ask fresh graduates to write an entry test because they lack experience, I want to ask. After working for 2 years in my current place of work(hotel) will i still write an entry test? What experience does the work of a Personal Assistant showcase in the banking world?

No he did not have the capacity. Our armed forces were not properly equiped for this type of conflict. They needed modern equipment, like night vision, mine resistant vehicles and drones. The west refused to supply this equipment for over a year, so we had to go to Russia and China. Now the equipment has arrived, the difference is clear. Please get your facts right.

Well, I met prety lady Nazil @Enugu and the interview session was not bad at all. Twas more like a formality.

But d shocker came wen dia staff member announced dat dey r recruitn us fr customer service roles purely on contract basis.

My broda, I was rattled in no small measure
I am consoled by the fact that it wont be a pure waste if time. Its rather a more productiv way to kip busy and develop capacity.

Still hoping fr d best.
