Once you factory reset your phone, you wipe all the data including your internet settings. So you need to update your internet setting. Below is how you do that...

Go to Settings > Wireless & Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Edit as follows..
APN: gloflat
Username:flat
password:flat

Of course, his aim is the Sokoto governor seat, and APC is the best party to join if he wants to achieve that aim...considering the party's popularity in Sokoto.

Obviously, Tambuwal wasn't 100% loyal to the PDP. He's been spotted at APC rallies. He was just waiting for the perfect time to defect, and there's no better time than now.

I encountered this issue too. I think it was resolved when I closed the browser I was using and started afresh on another browser. I can't really remember what solved the problem because I was frustrated and tried lots of things.

I hope to God you were able to find a work around.
