Considering the fact that science passed more than art,then there would be few people with aggregates which are above 270..So,I think the cut-off is likely to fall between 259(could be lesser) and 270(can't be higher)..Catchments are likely to fall between 250 and 265...Just an opinion..Don't take it personal..Goodluck..

Godslove2039: The next step to take after u've checked ur PUTME result isnt to sit back at home thinking since u've got 200 and above, ur admission is guaranteed. Such assumption MAY cost u a year. The next point of action is to seek help from God and man. U pray to ur God (if u're a theist) and u 'supplement' ur prayers by making connection with the right human source. If u know any lecturer who will be ready to help, dont hesitate to meet with him/her. If he/she is reluctant to help after several pleas, my dear, it will be dangerous to rely on such. Find someone else.
If u're applying for law and u have a relation or friend as a student in the faculty, u can come to the faculty when the school resumes for u and ur friend to meet with one of the LSS (Law Students' Society) executives so they could help u 'plead ur case' with a lecturer. However, I dont mean they've been doing it before but I guess they MAY help 'cos these guys are so nice. They've always been there for we students of the faculty. Anyway, just make ur connections 'whichever' way u wish BUT beware of fraudsters. Be prepared for anxiety and frustration as the admission process continues. Peace to everyone.
