Smuthx: Going under the knife for nose surgery does not translate to people to compliment your nose. It can even back fire and people will dislike it. Complimenting the legs, lips, hand, hair is more on the top of the list than the nose.

I used d surgery stuff 2 explain...most times I get d 'I like ur nose compliment especially 4rm girls'. nd yes it's nt ontop of the list because its not every time u see a girl wit one dt is kinda striking.
