S off, that means when you boot your phone you normally u see this word "for development purpose" .... That means you can flash twrp and custom rom, hold ur power key and volume buttom down to boot into fasboot then choose recovery with power button.... Your phone should boot into recovery(twrp or cwm).

. Power off ur phone then wait for a minute, then press power button and volume down button togather, look if your phone bootloader is unlocked with tampered written on the top and if h boot is s-off or s-on

Smh this people....... I can swear with juju that the max speed you will get after crossing 200mb will be 66kb... They throttle alot, thats how i did their 2k unlimited plan for 1day after my download crossed 2gb smile throttled my speed to 66kb..... Have learnt my lesson, believe at your own peril.

Don't try it, i did this plan yesterday 2k unlimited(1day) till the plan expired today the max speed i got is 66kb per sec i couldnt download up to 250mb..... Was so frustrating
