Sincere9gerian:Most people gat no problem with gej. The problem is the people he surrounds himself with. The ones he trust so much. Those ones are not loved by the society and they did not do their best to show his good works also. Even during the campaign, all the propagandas was against his ministers and associate. Gej won 2011, just as abiola won 1993 election. He got vote from all the zones. |
Because this is nigeria and not t india. Our culture and tradition forbids it. Not in our custom. |
The man is destined to be great |
7lives:My bro, we are saying the same thing. It will be hard to get a technocrat as public figure. It will be influenced. Aregbe preferred candidate will emerge as new Ooni. Just as we just saw in ekiti. The ogoga of ikere is fayose preferred candidate. |
A massive shakeup has occurred at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation as President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday evening fired the managing directors of all subsidiaries of the national oil firm. The President also retired 38 top management staff of the corporation, trimming down the number from 122 to 83. This was confirmed by the corporation’s spokesperson, Mr. Ohi Alegbe, in a statement. Details to come… http://www.punchng.com/news/buhari-fires-nnpc-subsidiaries-mds-retires-38-managers/ |
dustmalik:My bro. Thats just the bitter truth. I work in a telecommunications ccompany, we all saw the change in power section. We all want the guy to die there or a better person should take over. Come see my fridge for house na. I dey off am |
If buhari is the cause of this constant power in my area and also my work place. The guy should just die in that position |
We must kill NNPC before NNPC kills nigeria. The NNPC means corruption. New team, we except new achievement. Lets support them and give them benefit of doubt that they will not fail us |
First class citizens of nigeria |
Thesame MEND that endorse buhari ahead of Gej. |
My brother, it will be hard to get a technocrat as the new ooni. It will work both ways, its either the person belong to APC or the person belong to PDP. The late ooni was a supporter of PDP. He owns the highest stake in RCC. It has always been political. Its not the first time and won't also be the last. If either tinubu wins or bode George wins. |

he National Vice Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, South South, Dr. Cairo Ojuigbo has said he would respond to a libel suit instituted against him by the immediate past Secretary to the Government of Federation, Pius Anyim. Ojuigbo, who spoke through his lawyer, Mr. Kayode Ajulo, in Abuja on Tuesday, said though he had yet to be served with the processes of Anyim’s suit, he had already given instruction to file a counter suit as soon as he received copies of the court papers. Anyim had filed the N1bn libel suit against Ojuigbo, claiming that his (Ojuigbo’s) comment in a newspaper interview linking him to a fraud in the Centenary City Project in Abuja was libelous. Anyim stated in the suit marked CV/2598/15 filed by his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), that Ojuigbo’s position on the Centenary City Project was libelous of his person and capable of scaring away foreign investors. Ojuigbo, who is also Chairman of the Board, at the Nigeria Export Processing Authority, has also insisted that, “processes leading to the establishment of the Centenary City, were indeed an elaborate scheme, cunningly conceived to defraud the Government and the good people of Nigeria.” Ajulo added, “On behalf of our client, we state that he however remains unintimidated and resolute in his claims and submission that the Centenary City Project, is indeed a project devised to trick the authorities into giving a huge chunk of land to only one man under the guise of a Public Private Partnership. “Our client is resolute about his submissions and would leave no stone un-turned in his bid to bring the full details of this scam to the light of public scrutiny and to ensure that the perpetrators of this fraudulent exercise are brought to book by the relevant law enforcement authorities. “Indeed, we have the authority of our client to initiate legal proceedings by way of sending petitions to the appropriate authorities as regards the issue. “It is this that made so laughable and ridiculous, the reports that the counsel for the ex-SGF had initiated legal proceedings against us; we are therefore expectant and eager to receive the said papers and to have our day in court, even as we also pursue justice and reparations for victimization in appropriate quarters. “We hereby call on the members of the Fourth Estate and the general public to remain vigilant and to keep these burning issues on the frontburner, even as we are confident in the victory of justice and equity, over crime, corruption and dishonesty.” http://www.punchng.com/news/centenary-city-pdp-chief-threatens-counter-suit-against-anyim/ |
Bamishile was the former duputy chairman of PDP before fayose won the election. He dumped the party cos fayose dropped all of them. He port to APC cos he thinks he can easily be handpicked for 2018. If APC wants to win the election against fayose in 2018 they need a popular candidate loved by the people. I think opeyemi bamidele is the best man for the party |
Nigeria will win the war against insurgency . In God we trust |
A socio-cultural youth body, Mangrove Boys Brigade of Bayelsa State, has threatened to seal the state secretariat of the All Progressives Congress in Yenagoa. The group alleged the secretariat located at Izagara Close, off Baybridge Road, Kpansia area of the state capital, belongs to the state government. The group, in a statement on Wednesday, claimed it had officially written to President Muhammadu Buhari, urging him to direct the Timipre Sylva-led APC in the state, to immediately vacate the property or risk forceful ejection after 15 days. Spokesman for the group, Kingboy Peretimi Joshua, said the letter to Buhari was against the backdrop of an earlier appeal for him to intervene in the matter, given the claim by the Sylva-led APC that their action was allegedly backed by the national leadership of the APC. According to him, despite the claim by the APC in the state, that they have the full backing of the leaders of the party at the centre, the group remains doubtful of the claim, knowing Buhari’s tough stance on the rule of law. Joshua said, “As a man, who believes in the rule law and its importance in a democratic dispensation like ours, we are calling on President Buhari, to as a matter of urgency prevail on Sylva and the APC to obey the subsisting court order, which had ordered the APC to vacate the said premises. “We note with concern the actions of the APC in Bayelsa State, which are deliberate and intended to provoke violence, heat up the system and breakdown of law and order. If not nipped in the bud by Buhari, this matter will have far-reaching consequences.” He claimed that after several peaceful moves to have the APC vacate the property, the State Government, through the Yenagoa Capital City Development Authority, obtained an order of interim injunction from the High Court of Bayelsa State. He said the case was presided over by Justice G.S. Botei on July 22, 2015 to the effect that the APC should vacate the property, pending the determination of the motion on notice. http://www.punchng.com/news/bayelsa-youths-give-apc-15-day-notice-to-vacate-secretariat/ |
