We all know the fact that when an individual builds a house for rentage, he/she has put up an investment that should create constant flow of income. But it is unfortunate that many investors are yet to tap from the benefits of engaging the services of the real estate managers. Who are they? They are called Estate Surveyors and Valuers, profesionally trained to give the best of services in the management of landed properties for you to achieve maximum returns in your investment. To me, I will say that the best gift for a corper is to buy at least three books that are good to develope a person and some cash for the person's transport back home. But a corper should also make sure that he/she contributes much in the moral values of the students there. I am always proud of where I served because my gud relationship wt pple in d community. |
It is just very wrong for graduates to be passing through such. There's no reason why money should be collected from applicants when there is no assurance that the job will be given based on merit. It is just an act of wickedness.... I don talk my own. |
Speechless....................... |

I pray that this will be done completely based on merit... So help me God. |
It's not a new thing to hear abt the Nigerian Police because the seed of corruption has been deeply rooted in the system of our Police Force. I have already seen it coming frm the begining that the police are waiting for their own part of the money collected by Farouk Lawan... Oh God help us... |
