Don't be quick to label anyone a scammer.
You tried to make payment of #1,000 to us three times and non was successful based on the reasons below.How then do you expect us to credit you.Go to the bank and lodge a dispute claim,your fund will be reversed as we did not get value.
If the lines are busy,you continue to try as other customers are also waiting on the line or you open a ticket a representative would attend to you.

Has anyone been able to carry out successful transaction with clubkonnect of recent?

My last attempt to buy databundle on 10 July through transfer of airtime was unsuccessful. Airtime taken but no data was given. I sent mail, text and open a ticket yet nothing comes out of it. One asked me a question, I provided an answer but refused nto do nothing, even with a text message to alert her.

I think something fundamentally is wrong with their system.. How can you refuse to resolve customer complaints since 10 July, more than one month now.

I have made use of the robot and ticket on website but it is all a scam. I sent mails to clubkonnect compliance but nothing came out of it.
It appears Falilat in charge of their customer care is pregnant again. Until she put to bed before she attends to the query.
This is the reason why you don't employ family member to ruin {run} your business.
