Two deposit transactions I initiated on Clubkonnect today were debited from my bank account but didn't reflect on my dashboard.

Am tired too for this useless company of there's.I initially use their site to print recharge cards but stop a while ago because of the continuous complain of my customers on fake pin being generated on the site.
I tested them with bit of glo cards purchase and alas, the problem is there and refund is not made. Since April 14 how long would it take them to resolve there errors. Refund my money

I wish I saw all these reviews before doing business with you. I regret upgrading to VIP membership with 10,000 naira.

You're quick to deduct money but not quick to deliver same service you collected money for. I have series of complain but the recent one is that of the electricity payment I made yesterday 29th of April, 2020 and till now 30th of April, I'm yet to get the token to give my customer after the several calls to your customer care.

You guys will waste someone's Airtime without connecting to any agent and still waste someone's Airtime after connecting to an Agent.

Imagine spending over 1,000 naira Airtime to call your customer care for a transaction I made 100 naira profit from. One of your agents placed me on hold for 10 mins another hung up on me.

My customer has been in darkness now since yesterday. Money you refused to refund that it's already been inputed in the system, token you have refused to give me.

I have come to the conclusion with all the complains I've had in time past with you guys and several others I have seen on Facebook and here, that you guys are scammers!

Till now, it's still not working. You people had better fish out that technician responsible for deleting things from your database and if it's your computers that are faulty, discard them. To the point I have done referrals, I should have upto 500 registered downlines. Yet anytime I check the list of members, it keeps reducing by the day. Some members have complained of missing funds. Some make transactions and immediately it will be wiped off with no trace of the transaction whereas the person was debited from the ewallet with out delivering the service. Give clubkonnect 2nd chance as I did. I v not heard of them until some1 opened dis thread. U can start small and see if dy will impress u. My experience so far is contrary to d negative feedbacks about them on Nairaland and Google Playstore , could it be that dy v improved on their services or just by chance??

How it is working for me?
1. Download their android app. U can use mobile browser too
2. Create your account with your phone number
3. Click on fund ur wallet on d app, enter the amount
4. There are 3 options for payment (flutterwave, ATM and bank transfer). I used bank transfer option for the two top Ups I did successfully so far without issue, no delay, no call or message to their customer service to help with the top up.(ensure u enter ur registered phone number as description or narration of d transfer)
5. Click on notification on d app to notify them after a successful transfer to their First bank account
6. Check back like 5 minutes later u will see dt ur wallet wld v b credited. That is from my experience.
7. U can then begin to use d money in ur wallet for payment. So far I v bought Mtn data and renewed my dstv subscription successfully. I will try airtime purchase later
