many thanks. Common sense is that Ngozi is being used, even by The Economist flatterers, to derail Obama's campaign for second term. Obama has out-his predecessors and running well for re-election. 1. Refine in Nigeria and create jobs.
2. Save cost of shipment out of Nigeria and back.
3. Let the multiplier effect be Nigeria, like taxes, etc.
4. Stop demurrage for ships.

lets continue to patiently convince our people that we can do things. People like all4naija has not seen Nigerian Engineers build solid airports, roads, etc  here in Nigeria. Texaspete doesn't know that Nigerians have built refineries. But gradually they can be convinced that many oyibo big men here ( I didnt say all) are not  even Engineers.
