It look like you people dont travel.  they were only turn back at the port of entering.   They will be allowed to enter if they return. Even if you go to england, you can be turn back at entering for some reason. It does not mean , you can not enter again.    I have been to several countries  like england, germany, france, Austria, italy etc  it is also common in europe,  i have travel more than 50 times including going to preach. it is common.

Bush man . Technically a refusal to pass through the port of entry is the same as a deportation.

A deported person can return to the country he was deported from depending on the "reason' for deportation.
