Then stick to 3G in your area,but when you get to another place, switch to 4g,to see if the 4g will now be better. If it happens the 4g is better in other areas you tried it,it means 4g network is poor in your area. But if the results stays the same,then something is wrong somewhere, either with your phone,SIM or internet settings.

Glo 3G is faster on my Redmi note 11 than 4G, what could be the cause please? Could it be a case of the network not supported in my area?
