Add d numbers outside d circle and divide them by 4.
To get others, multiply d number in d circle by 4 and subtract it from d total of other numbers.
8+12+15+5=40/4=10
16. 13*4=52-7+9+19=17...............

Please, I beg them not to lower the age for participation in Politics.
If anything, it should be increased to 65 minimum. Nigerian Youths no just get sense. Even if we use Nairaland as a yardstick where the average demographic ranges between 16 - 26, you can still see that for every 1 smart Youth out there, we have 100,000 reetards behind that person.
No Nigerian less than age 65 should hold Political Positions in Nigeria until we fix our Education system and it has been running efficiently for at least 20 years..
