* Very knowledgeable about MAILCHIMP for email marketing and HTML and efficiently delivering email campaigns to INBOX, as well as optimising and measuring conversion
* Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
* Executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
* Collaborating with our technical software developers to improve marketing results
* Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
* Collaborating with the founding team to identify innovative growth strategies
* Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
* Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

This will be a full-time position with a rewarding monthly Salary/Payment and it is fully remote for now .

I'm "designing" a great product, a dating platform which will have Android, iOS, Web and Facebook Apps. I am making a blueprint of this platform, a detailed plan of product look and functionality and I'm looking for developers and business people ready to partner/manage/develop this.
