chukxie: Are you planning on moving there? Most Nigerians there do factory jobs in cities like Paju, Suwon, Ansan, Dongducheon etc. Factory jobs are tough but the pay check isn't bad. Others have clothing shops in Iteawon and Haebancheon. The get-rich-or -die-trying ones are into yahooze and powder! For your information bro, it's almost impossible to get a teaching job with a Nigerian passport or any other African passport except South Africa. As funny and ludicrous as it sounds, SA is regarded as a 'native English speaking country' while we are not. So, getting a teaching job with a Nigerian passport is almost impossible. However, if you are good at English-- speaking with little or no accent, and you have a flair for teaching, then you might find a teaching job at an English training centre through some 'connections.' Korea is a nice country and most of the people are friendly.
chuk xie thanks for this detailed explanation. I have some other question pls. Were u or Are u in korea presently. What about immigration palava because the visa i am holding right now is a 3 months visiting visa but i intend to overstay to work. Ur genuie opinion pls
