Politics / Re: Lagos Unveils Alternative Road For Lekki-epe Toll Plaza by cloftec: 4:14pm On Dec 11, 2012 |
ifyalways: This so called alternative route is a joke. We face enough traffic already getting out of our houses in Chevron and they want to add more to that?with all the speed bumps?tiny road? The route was not just constructed for motorists who may not want to pass through the toll plaza at all, it going to serve as a bypass for the adjoining communities and their residents along the Lekki-Epe corridor, the route will also open up the communities along the corridor. The alternative road is part of the original design of the 49. 36-kilometre highway. There is the possibility of upsurge in real estate development along the alternative route. |

sparkle10: Folks, do not be deceived. The post was nothing but a paid advert and BRF propaganda at its best. The so called alternative is a disaster and only a devil would call it an alternative road by the present concept of traffic diversion. It was an afterthought. Wait till tolling starts to understand my concern. The traffic gridlock will be unprecedented. Fashola is deceptive, inhumane and utterly wicked.Talk is cheap! Can you compare Lagos to any other state in Nigeria? |

olumidazz: Pls where is the alternate road I just drove past this place 2 minutes ago, there was no indication or sign of any alternate road. You can access the road from the expressway by turning into Chevron Drive from Chevron Roundabout, then turning right after the Chevron HQ Complex, following the road running behind the Chevron HQ Complex, past the Conservation Plaza, the Scintilla Events Centre, and through Poroku Village, and eventually emerging back onto the expressway just before Oluwa Nisola House. |
